Exceeded all expectations.

Very good breakfast, hotel facilities were at a very good standard and very friendly staff. Location is another positive point.

Only 4 car parks available.

The main attraction is its location right opposite the Castillo. Walking around the area is lovely.

The location is fantastic, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast on the roof terrace was good too.

Parking was a bit complicated. Call the desk before you get there and they’ll explain.

Could do better

We arrive late at night so booked for just 1 night. Ease of location from the airport. Reasonable selection of food at breakfast .

It's very noisy from road traffic at night. Evening staff didn't help with the luggage up the steps as I had a disabled relative with me who was using a mobility aid. He did put the cases in the lift tbough. Tacky plastic table and chairs in the room and the fridge was not plugged in, so what use is that?

Clean and well located hotel but not a good value for money

Excellent location, lovely sea view from the room window and a balcony, very clean. Friendly staff. Very nice roof terrace (with great views) adjacent to the breakfast room.

Basic room with outdated equipment (e.g. mini fridge, TV), no air conditioning (there was an electric fan provided) and poor sound proofing. Very limited and basic choice of breakfast items.

Lovely little place worth a smile.

Fab little hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast a bit of a struggle with grumpy looking guests in silent anguish over a slow toaster (are they ever fast?). But breakfast food good, plentiful and tirelessly administered by attentive staff. There are signs dotted around encouraging you to smile. No reasom not to at this friendly, good value, well run place. Unless maybe you only eat toast.

suitable for a couple of days, wouldn’t stay there any longer

it is in a central location and the breakfast terrace was lovely. reception staff were nice.

the first room- a ‘junior suite’ was dark and dismal with little natural light. They did move us to a room with a seaview a couple of days after I requested this. There are no facilities after 10am when the breakfast finishes, not even a kettle in the room.

Arrecife is charming. We’ll be back!

excellent location. comfortable bed. nice roof top terrace for breakfast on non-windy days. efficient and helpful breakfast staff. basic breakfast with good products. lovely Christmas decorations!

Superb

Restful, relaxing and clean with friendly staff. Continental brekfast only but very good. Located centrally with an area to swim, which was essentially like a tidal swimming pool, accross the road. Sea view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff were hard working and friendly, the rooms kept spotless, daily cleaning, towels replenished, daily if wanted, comfortable beds. Quiet sun bathing area on rooftop, the breakfast area was also on the roof top terrace.

The hotel had no bar or entertainment facilities for the evening, this meant always going elsewhere when on occasion we would have wanted to stay in.

Pleasant stay in Arrecife!

Location is great, very close to the city center. Easy to get by bus or taxi. We got a see view room and it was great! The room was quite big, clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was no air conditioner in the room and the fridge did not work properly. The was no the power sockets next to the bed which was a bit inconvenient. The warm food offered during the breakfast was cold. The stuff didn't speak English very well. The hotel is close to the main road so it was a bit too noisy.

Lovely balcony with great view and private. There were disappointing furnishings the carpentry was shoddy the plug did not fit the basin the light over the bathroom mirror did not work. Small matters but it did not do the hotel justice however I would stay here again.

My comfy, spacious Hotel Miramar room and balcony, and roof terrace breakfast, had great sea views!

I love the location, roof-terrace breakfast, balcony, sea view, great price, and quiet comfort of Hotel Miramar, which I found on my own here on booking.com. I had to book my own hotel to join a cruise ship where I was working, and I wanted to be within sight of the cruise terminal the morning of check-out, to see my ship when it arrived. My Miramar balcony had a perfect view, with both shade and sunshine, of the ship when she docked. It's also a very short walk from shops, cafes and restaurants, and the WiFi signal, mattress, and shower pressure and hot water are great. I LOVE the roof terrace breakfast area, where I had the choice to eat out in the sun or in a pleasant dining room. The roof terrace/breakfast eating area has glass to shield the wind but allow a 270-degree panoramic view.

NO criticism. Wished I could stay longer.
