This adorable home is decorated simply and bohemian. We loved it! Quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks to several fun bars and restaurants. Although we didn’t use the pool table downstairs, it’s a great amenity for those that spend time here. We will stay here again.

The house was very cute but disappointed us in a couple different ways.

My Family and I enjoyed our time spent here. It was a perfect amount of beds for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Every detail of this home is well thought through. Plenty of extras so you can pack light. The owners is very responsive and helpful. There was a snow and ice storm while we were in and every morning we woke up to a shoveled driveway and pathway! Extreme hospitality if you ask me. Definitely 10/10 recommend. The bathtub was my favorite! Left some bath salts for the next guest!

The Little Bohemia house was the perfect weekend getaway for our family of five. Charming and spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and within five minutes of everything we wanted to do during our stay in Omaha—the zoo, the Old Market, coffee shops and restaurants. The pool table in the basement was an added bonus! Crystal responds quickly and gave great recommendations for a brunch spot. Highly recommend—our kids are already asking if we can stay at THIS house the next time we come to Omaha!

We were pleased with the accommodation for our 2 night stay. The home was clean and had ample room for my family. The location was great too.

This was a wonderful stay with great accommodations. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of space, loved the pool table, beds were comfortable. I will say that if you have small toddlers, I would find somewhere a bit more toddler friendly 🙂 overall, a great stay!

We came for a concert and drove in from Denver. The house was absolutely as explained. Super cute and well decorated. Was a fun cozy place to come back to after site seeing all day. Had breakfast close by at a cute restaurant. There was a little music festival going on and an outdoor market. We had a blast and look forward to coming back again possibly in the fall to see the zoo some of the other and sites in Omaha.
Would be perfect for a girl's trip, couples and families. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Omaha in June
My family came to Omaha for my 13 year olds Slumpbuster baseball tournament in June and we also went to 2 College World Series games. The location of the house was great…everything was about 10-15 minutes away. There was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us and we enjoyed playing pool in the basement. The kitchen and laundry made us feel at home for the week. I highly suggest staying in this house.

Little Bohemia close to downtown
Quaint old home that has been restored. 3 levels with pool table in basement, main floor with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs with bedroom/ bath/ loft area. Late spring summer was super hot upstairs as central air does not reach. Excellent amenities, supplies, bedding. Backyard in inaccessible as it is roped off, drive way is super narrow, and front door is tricky. All rooms and loft have great ceiling fans. Great price to stay there and it is very close to zoo and all downtown action.

Trip to Omaha
We were lucky enough to spend a couple of nights at Crystal's home. We could of not asked for a home with more character. It had all of the beautiful aspects of an older home with all of the amenities you'd expect from a new home. Quirky and fun neighborhood, and such easy access to main tourist sites in Omaha. We would be happy to stay again, and would recommend to anyone reading!

Would definitely recommend!!
Quaint house in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a short, inexpensive Uber ride to, CHI, Old Market and casinos was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space
Big, older house. Lots of room for larger families. I thought it was a great place to stay. Updated bathrooms and kitchen.
Drafty in winter, but that’s to be expected when you’re renting an older S. Omaha house. Nest thermostat kept it comfortable and warm overall. Off-street parking was a big plus!

Great stay, relaxing and cozy home.
We loved staying here, the owners did a great job of clearing the driveway after the snow and ice. The brick road was a bit slick but so pretty in the snow! The beds were super comfy and best for napping! We had a great stay and would definitely come back soon!

In town for son's wedding
Love the older style house with the updates and interior layout. The upstairs was perfect for my daughter and her two boys (5 years and 6 months). We didn't get the chance to use the basement, but it would have, if we had been able to stay longer.

Awesome Historic Home!
We loved our stay with our adult kids in this well appointed home! It was perfect for us. The owner—Crystal—is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house is beautifully remodeled and the guest amenities are outstanding. The central location worked well for us and we walked to a few nearby places—Erik’s Enchiladas and Olsen Bake shop are great! We just loved our stay!

Beautiful home
We were traveling for a short time to Omaha for a concert and to visit the Omaha Zoo. The location of the house was fantastic! Close to everything we were doing. The only negative was the neighborhood street was quite crowded when we went to park our large suv in the driveway. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Omaha! Convenient location to activities downtown and the Zoo too. Crystal was very responsive and easy to work with. On a quiet street with good food and coffee shop within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice, very creaky
This is a renovated older home. It's a very nice house but did have things we didn't love so I'll just make a pro/con list.
PROS:
- pool table - honestly the reason we chose this house over others. I know my kids would have fun when we weren't out exploring omaha. The whole basement is just a really fun hang out space.
- so big! The house is actually quite big. Worked great for my family of 6 and we could have had more.
- great location. So convenient to all the popular omaha attractions.
- LOVE the gas range!!
- Early check in. Crystal was super nice to let us in an hour early.
CONS:
- SO CREAKY! I know old house creak and this one did everywhere, floors, stairs, doors, beds. My husband bought a little too kit to tighten one of the beds so the creak wouldn't be as loud. With 4 kids, 2 who aren't deep sleepers, this was a hard problem. It meant my husband and I had to go to bed when the kids did because we couldn't be up doing anything because of how loud the house is.
- Steep stairs. After a couple days we got used to it, but the stairs both up to the upstairs and down to the basement, are very steep so I'd avoid with small children or seniors.
- Narrow gate into drive way. We were nervous every time pulling in and out.
Overall we really liked the house. If it was a trip with just my husband I'd stay here again, but not with kids.

Beautiful house!
We loved Little Bohemia! It's much more roomy than I was expecting. The basement has a fun lounge area with a pool table. The main floor has a great dining table for board games and another living area. Everything has been remodeled and was clean and easy to use.

Old house charm
Old house in a blue-collar neighborhood. Safe and house well supplied. Though a short drive from the Old Market, there are no restaurants or shops to walk to.

Charm and Comfort in Omaha
We were a group of bicyclists making our way across the country, and we were so fortunate to get to spend two days at this property. This was a wonderful house! The location provided easy access to the Old Market section of Omaha (lots of restaurants, ice cream, and shops), the kitchen was modern and well equipped so that we could easily prepare meals, the space itself had been beautifully restored and updated, and it was super easy to communicate with Crystal. I would highly recommend!

Perfect location close to everything
We were in town for the Slumpbuster baseball tournament we had 4 days of games all at different fields we never had to drive more than 15 minutes to any field which was amazing and when we weren't playing we were minutes from everything downtown and in Little Bohemia. The house was perfect for the 6 of us when we arrived at 1am the instructions made it super easy for us to gain access and the house was spotless everything we needed was in place for us to settle in fast and get to bed to start early. We had a couple of questions and the hosts got back to us immediately answering the question. We travel often for baseball and I can honestly say this was one of the easiest rentals we have ever had. Thank you so much anticipating pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Lovely reno in great Omaha location!!
Older hone that’s been renovated. Great location and amenities! Plenty of space for a large family! One caution- stairs are steep- I would have been nervous to have little children or elderly stay here

Centrally located charmer!
5 of us stayed at this home as a family for a visit to the Omaha Zoo. We were so close to the zoo as well as the Old Market area and it made getting around easy. This house is very spacious with room for all of us to spread out. Although the home is old, it's full of charm, nicely furnished and very clean and well-kept. My only suggestion is if you sleep with a firm pillow, bring your own! The pillows on all beds were very flat/soft but there were plenty. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice spacious classic older home. Easy access to Old Market and Omaha Zoo. Reasonable price for our two night stay; less than a hotel in the area would have cost. Plus, you get all the amenities: full kitchen, living room area, etc.
