Отличный отель с хорошим сервисом

Отличный отель, сервис хороший, убирали хорошо. Постельное белье меняли через день. Каждый день приносили по 2 бутылки воды, когда поняли что нам мало, то добавили до 4 бутылок ежедневно. Халаты, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности хорошего качества. Вид из окна - супер. Выходит на реку и яхт центр. Отель располагается в центре, до любой точки удобно добираться. Мы орендлвали скутер и бесплатно его зарежали в отеле. В кафе можно заказывать еду, вполне вкусная. Бассейн хороший, целых 2 спасателя следят что бы никто не утонул в детском бассейне ☺️.

Плесень на шланге душа. Но это было не критично. Все остальное было достаточно чистое. Еще меня напрягало прозрачный душ. Мы жили с сыном и было очень некомфортно. Вечером шторка просвечивала и было видно силуэт.

房間舒適寬敞，飯店準備的梳洗用品質感與味道都很好

入住手續需要墊付押金，所以對於外國旅客不太友善，畢竟國外刷卡還必須再付刷卡金額的3%手續費，房價連同押金一起先付款，可是押金的國外刷卡手續費可是不會退費的，這樣就憑白增加一筆手續費的損失

Large rooms with excellent prices and great views.

The room was very clean and the bed mattress was caving in towards the middle. the breakfast was ok but didn’t have much flavor.

Perfectly fine, possibly could find better.

Pool was nice, staff were helpful, the room was nice enough.

Breakfast was not as good as I would have hoped, it was also pretty loud facing out onto a fairly busy street. I was also there doing some work and found it quite annoying that even though I had do not disturb on that was then a good reason to phone me every day or knock on the door. It means I don't want to be disturbed, I don't think that's too complicated.

Staff friendly , gym good equipment, breakfast good and sit on balcony with veiwcant fault the hotel

9Second time I've stayed at the hotel good location to catch bus to airport and city , and to the Beach , relaxing time round the swimming pool

Checkin for an accompanying friend was problematic, but was more a policy issue than a problem with the hotel stay.

A loud experience again

In general it was fine. Breakfast had, at least on the second and third night, some western choices. Location near to the clubs. I like the balcony very much.

First night was a nighmare because of the construction site. Also check-in was not so easy, because at first I didn´t get the booked bay-view room. After complaning I got a guest-room with bay view - but also with another window to the construction site. No chance to sleep. 20h noise per day. So again room change the next morning. In general windows and doors are not sealed. So it is always a loud stay in this hotel. The breakfast on the first morning was very bad compared to my last stay and to the next days. Nearly no western food (no cheese, butter, sausages or bacon) and extremly bad behaviour of one of the chefs. Got much better the next two days.

Clean and large room, good view over marina with plenty of yacht from the room with a bay view

Lots of trainees in charge, causing communication problems, Chinese style breakfast with little choice of food for expatriates, slow cleaning of tables in restaurant, funny smell in the room at the beginning of stay which later disappeared
