A lovely stay with some problems

Pool, beach, balcony and convenience worked well for us.

Main bed had a memory foam mattress that we got stuck in. Single beds very hard. The worst thing was tripping over the change in floor height from the twin bedroom to the bathroom. Perhaps a decor rubber mat could make this less dangerous. Glass tabletops could be dangerous.

We had a lovely time exploring the area & attended the Bluesfest

The room was really nice and set well. The beach was beautiful, a few surfers, but had a strong rip at the entrance point of the bush track. The plunge pool was too cold to swim in even though the weather was humid! We didn't use the other pools.

The only thing i could fault, was there wasn't enough tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing machine power or enough bathroom towels, mats and hand towels for 3 people for 6 nights. As we flew from Victoria and arrived after check in, and all supermarkets closed. It would of been great to have had some breakfast items. A greeting pack maybe!

Great vacation for elderly people but families should avoid.

Close proximity to the beach. Well maintained grounds. Quiet location.

The rules of the resort indicate it is an unofficial retirement residence. Given the nature of the rules the allowance of letting a few units out for holiday makers seems strange. We had no response from management when asked if a bright light outside children’s room could be shut off at night (seemed to be the only bright light on the whole floor at night so we assumed there must be a switch we couldn’t find somewhere).

Disgraceful.

First .. this is not a Resort as advertised. It is a group of apartments. No reception , no assistance. After waiting to be given keys, I had to find my own way to the apartment which is advertised with air conditioning and has either a pool or a roof terrace. We had a roof terrace. As it turned out the entire roof terrace area was a construction zone with a/c's disconnected. So no terrace , no a/c. The agent lied through her teeth pretending builders were there on a sat and she knew nothing of it. But it was clearly advertised on lifts. We had to leave. No refund yet. They wont take my call. Stay away from these people.

It was under construction. The agents lied and now wont refund.

couldn’t get past the fact we had no fans or air con on 35° days with no fix. wifi and tv also didn’t work. but the hote

having your own little pool attached to your room was amazing and just so close to the beach!

air con was down for maintainence and all they supplied us for a 3 bedroom apartment was a small evaporative air cooler and when asked for fans they said they would sort it and never did then didn’t reply

Would definitely stay again . Had a fantastic time.

It was totally a non smoking property. Grounds and pools were beautiful. No Noise after 10pm . Apartment that we stayed in was exactly like the photos shown ( Not outdated ) Very well equipped apartment!

Unfortunately we didn’t know there was going to be roof maintenance of the building during our stay which was a bit noisy. Otherwise perfect.

we had a wonderful stay, our unit was amazing nice and close to beach.

All of it was amazing kids loved to be able to just walk to front beach and swim in the pool we had a great time.

more kid friendly restaurants available close by .

Great location, good sized accommodation

Private pool filthy. Rang for support during said they would try and get a pool guy over .. nothing. Upper floor tenant said they all looked dirty when looking down

Resort facilities were clean and tidy. We had a roof terrace that was unusable which was disappointing.
