No fue lo que esperábamos

Estaba cerca del canal y de zonas para tramitar

Estaba muy caro para lo que realmente tiene! Solicitamos 3 habitaciones, Lastimosamente cuando entramos las 3 olían a humedad y guardado! Tenían un sofá en la ventana que el tapiz olía a húmedo y en 2 de las habitaciones tanto las sábanas como las almohadas olían a humedad! La verdad me parece que para ser un hotel costoso deberían de tener más cuidado con este tipo de cosas para que el cliente pueda descansar a gusto!

Behagelige senge, virkelig god morgenmadsbuffet og meget hjælpsomt personale.

Nos sentimos como en casa

Se encuentra en la zona de Clayton, rodeada de bosque. Alguno de los cuartos tienen vista al canal. Nos hospedamos por 10 días mis bebés de 8 meses, mi gato, mi esposo y yo. El trato fue excelente, amables en todo momento. Nos ayudaron a cuidar a mis bebés como si estuviéramos en casa! Esterilizando biberones, adaptando la comida, con las sillas de comer en el restaurante. Algo a tomar en cuenta es el costo por día por tener a tu mascota y el cargo de limpieza profunda por lo mismo (150 usd) al finalizar el hospedaje. Es silencioso por las noches. Nos cambiaron de cuarto a solicitud y nos respetaron el Es un cuarto espacioso, con el mobiliario necesario para nuestra estadia larga. La limpieza de todo el hotel excelente. El desayuno buffet delicioso al igual que el menú de la comida.

Fin de semana por festival musical

La ubicación es excelente y el servicio al cliente fue muy amable y atento. Asistí porque iba a un festival musical en ciudad del saber y era el hotel más cercano. La estadía cumplió su propósito en cuanto a ubicación.

Las habitaciones están descuidadas. Los muebles están poco mantenidos y en general, viejos y feos. Los pasillos huelen a humedad y la habitación también. En general, al hotel le falta una actualización en decoración y amenidades y más atención al detalle.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und der Service sowie Personal war Klasse.

Neben der Lage direkt am Panamá-Canal die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Auftreten des Personals sowie der Service. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend lang. Der Barceeper liebt seinen Job und das merkt man als Gast.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das GYM ist für max. 2-3 Personen geeignet.

The staff - especially in restaurant. I have mobility issues and they helped me at buffet.

Finding the hotel. Waze did not function properly. Hotel staff was unable to provide help. A local had us follow him to location.

The place is comfy…. But they need a powerful purifier in the hallways.

The rooms are spacious and fairly comfy.

A very comfortable stay at a prime spot for thise who want to experience the capital from a calmer location.

We booked this stay as an en-route stay but ended up really liking the hotel and would come back. The beds were SO comfortable and clean that we all slept like babies and were the best rested here out of all the places we went to on our travel. Breakfast is excellent and the location turned out to be perfect: it’s in Ciudad De Saber which has a big oark, sports, a craft beer brewery and taproom, restaurants and on our stay, a weekend craft market and old cars show. It’s just 20 minutes by bus to the National Parks and in the other direction just teo stops to a fantastic Tacobar or even the Mall with a bus terminal for travelling elsewhere.

The swimming pool area could be a bit bigger and maybe the gardens behind the building could be accessible for families with kids.

Staff really friendly, Fast checking and checkout Very comfortable beds Direct view on the canal Very clean Out the city but perfect for those like us who want to get out of the city in the morning by the centenario bridge.

The area is very humid so the smell of humidity in the room was very strong.
