if you are looking for a resort type hotel and ready for not full luxury ; great alternative

good location ; outside of the city center in the fresher air but easy to reach ; great and big swimming pool and swimming pool atmosphere (DJ); good restaurant by the pool from breakfast to dinner

In some parts the complex looks half finished ; at first glance can be astonishing ; then you get used to it; fortunately the pool area and restaurant are net.

The staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Arshak, the resort Manager. Who has being very helpful and responsivene.

This is a typical resort with a swimming pool, play area, garden, ATM, big parking space. The resort is spread out in a very large area. The resort is located on the outskirts of Yerevan city.

Great Pool and Kids play area

The pool is amazing with music, a perfect playground for children's. Rooms are big. Staff are polite.

There is not much room service. But it's ok, just grab your drinks and water.

One day at hotel Cross is not enough, I hope come back again

I am very glad that for my second stop in Yerevan, I choose the same hotel, The managers are helpful Karen and Arshak they do everything for your comfort, and all staff are friendly and helpful. One day is not enough for that Resort. So next time I will come with my family or with friends. It's always great when the staff is friendly and accommodating, as it enhances the overall experience. I am sure that if I will be here in Armenia in Yerevan which is a very safe city I will come back to the same Resort because even in my country I didn't get that kind of service as here. I will put the picture below.

Maybe lil bit of help while I'm pushing my suitcases out from the taxi and help me open atleast the intrance door but poor thing i got no helping hands out there check in and out never🙄😔. Aside from that everything was fine.

quality of everything in the room is poor. toilet sometimes reeks . the bath Pipes are all loose and poorly maintained. I think this is some sort of sports hospital as I saw a board saying surgery in progress in the main building. wouldn’t recommend the overall quality of the room.

A wonderful escape from the city with amazingly welcoming staff.

We spent 2 weeks in Armenia and we stayed at the Cross Resort for the last 2 days of our trip. We wanted to escape the city and relax before a long trip back to Australia. This hotel definitely allowed us to do so. Above anything else, we loved the hotel staff: welcoming, thoughtful and extremely accommodating. Our toddler had the best time playing at the hotel playground and by the children’s pools; the hotel staff was absolutely adorable with all the kids which made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the evening meals in the garden by the pools, the luscious alleyways and blooming rose bushes all around the pool area. The atmosphere of the whole place was relaxed and chill, exactly what we were looking for. And do talk to the hotel manager who is extremely nice and is a great company; it should help you understand and hopefully appreciate the place as you learn about the backstory.

The whole complex is still under development and a bit run down in some parts. Be sure to double check the room you book as some are recently renovated and are in excellent condition while others are older (still very clean and spacious). Be prepared for some contrasts: cozy lounge bar and very nice swimming pools vs some undeveloped patches of land with dry soil. We still loved our stay and will be back to follow the improvements if we come again to Armenia.

I liked it all very much. If you need anything, manager Karen will help. The location is amazing. I recommend! I also recommend for families with children, there is a playground, a children's pool and wonderful air. Great atmosphere. We will stay here next time. Thank you👍

Beautiful Armenia - first visit - hotel and aparthotel with a lot of potential

Friendly staff, always happy and willing to help our with any questions and requests. We were able to do an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a tiring flight.
