Lovely stay in Yerevan

Friendly staff, amazing view from the terrace, position in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from the city centre, nice breakfast, spacious room.

Уютный отель с прекрасным отношением к гостям и великолепным видом на город.

Месторасположение оказалось значительно лучше, чем можно предположить по карте. Уютный номер, красивый холл, чистое белье и полотенца. Очень приветливая встреча, гостеприимный персонал. +Продлили номер в виде комплимента, не взяв дополнительную плату, за что мы особенно благодарны и удивлены этому факту. Красивейший вид из окна на весь город и днем и ночью. Очень тихо, не слышно шума города и автомобилей. Хороший завтрак. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества.

Нет бара. В вечернее время было бы приятно им воспользоваться, т.к. в шаговой доступности его тоже нет. Но это не испортило отличные впечатления от посещения.

It was an amazing experience being in Armenia. This was my very first trip and I'm happy that I stopped at this plac

The rooms were cleaned daily; the room is very warm and comfortable. Very friendly people! and very tasty and most acceptable breakfasts made from fresh ingredients

Приятный номер, хороший вид, вкусные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал

Все было отлично, не идеально чистый санузел в номере, но это если уже придираться, ни в одном отеле пока идеального не встречала)

Прекрасный вид, отличный завтрак!

Очень понравился завтрак! Несмотря на то, что мы пришли к его окончанию, вышел повар ( очень приятный молодой человек) спросил что мы бы хотели из горячих блюд. Нам приготовили омлет и глазунью 👍🏻 Единственный момент, мы сидели на улице на террасе, на стульях не было подушек и в итоге мы ушли с грязными попами 😂оказалось стулья были в пыли. Номер нам понравился, но места очень мало. Вид с балкона чудесный, балкон огромный. Огромное спасибо, что предоставили 2 отдельных одеяла как мы и просили заранее. Шикарное, старое здание, с настоящим паркетом! Очень приятный персонал! Тихо по ночам!

- Холодильник в номере не работал - Ковры требуют чистки, запах старой пыли ,страшный сон аллергика. - Одна из бутылок воды в номере была вскрытая

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht in Jerewan: Freundliches Personal und Moderne Zimmer.

Das Hotel hat uns durch und durch beeindruckt! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Die modernen und makellos sauberen Zimmer boten eine herrliche Aussicht über Jerewan, die uns täglich aufs Neue begeisterte. Ein besonderes Highlight war jeden Morgen das köstliche Frühstück, dessen abwechslungsreiches Angebot uns sehr schmeckte. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Nicht im Zentrum, dafür leise und mit gg taxi für 1000 - 1200 Dram komfortabel und günstig zu erreichen.

IDK what to add but some night I just sat down in a armchair and just googled another places to stay….

it was a quiet place, good breakfast…but it’s all for advantages

the fridge didn’t work without special adapter and it was a miracle that we had one it wasn’t clean enough (especially in bathroom) there was bad smell (bathroom again?) awful wifi!!! uncomfortable pillows (but it depends) blinking lights (general lighting in the room)

Nearly perfect!

Great high ground view to the city and mountains behind! The breakfast was really good, the staff and overall atmosphere in the hotel was making you stay there more...

Only the bath cabin was not so clean: the sediments on the floor and walls, need to be properly cleaned.

good with some “BUTs”

very nice hotel, good breakfast and extremely comfortable bed

we booked a room with 2 king size beds for 3 ppl and indicated that we will arrive early morning (4-6 am). our floght was delayed, we were completely tired and disappointed with the fact that the room was furnished with only 1 king size bed. although the hotel brought additional bed, we were disappointed with the experience. also the neighbourhood is moderate overall

Nice view of the city. Place is clean as well.

No water at night. No water at all. No information was given why. Second evening we told the receptionist we were leaving early next morning. By 7am we had no water. I went and ask why, and he was like ooooh right... and he gave us the water back... not a good service at all. It is a decent place, but for the money you will pay, try to find something else.

Could be much better

Nice decors, quiet neighborhood and fresh air. However it can be challanging to find food or restaurants nearby, as the hotel doesn't serve any meals or snacks after breakfast. I would recommend the hotel to run a snack bar or serve lunch/dinner boxes for extra pay.

The Air conditioning system was not functioning properly and it was fixed at 22C, which is too cold for me for summer night with summer cover. I tried to switch it off and open windows, but it was getting switched on voluntarily every minute with a loud news. Couldn't get any sleep at night.

Nice view of Yerevan city (except of that it is not really worth staying in this hotel because it more far from the town). I am not saying it was bad, but you can find hotel for the similar price closer to the center.

There was no hot water for one evening. The fridge in the room was not working. The coffee machine on breakfasts was not working all the time, the breakfast itself is very basic but a good part is that it was changing every morning. In case you have breakfast at 10-11am it was nearly empty.

Peaceful and relaxing!

It's located in a peaceful and quiet residential area overlooking the city. The room is large and clean. We love the robes and slippers provided.

The location is a little tricky, but you can always get taxi service through the app.

Room felt luxurious, had a great city panorama view, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast were not only tasty and varied, but also different every day.

Location is not very convenient, but cheap taxi service solves the issue. Tv channels could include more western TV.
