Truly amazing property, Thai style very stylish and we love the wooded decoration and the lush garden. Very close to fisherman’s village where you can stroll the night market or eat at the many restaurants in the beach. Or get a massage. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed it very much. Very friendly hosts, brought us fresh fruit which was delicious.

Thomas and the staff went out their way to make me feel very at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Ban keaw and will certainly stay again when visiting the area.

Absolutely beautiful villas and gardens. Easily the most lovely place we stayed in Thailand. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We didn't expect to get so much room and facilities, it felt luxurious for the price! Really felt like we were in Thailand unlike some westernised resorts on Koh Samui. Pool was small but nice, and reflected the limited number of guests as we didn't see anyone else.
Was near a road that was busy and difficult to cross.

Dirty, blinds did not work, not value for money

Location is within the walking distance to some eateries, 24hrs shops, and the local Friday night market.
Very nice hotel compound landscape design.
Impressive traditional Thai teak wood architectures!
Nice and clean little pool to cheer out but am too busy exploring Samui so that'll be on next visit!
Uniquely run hotel with minimum working staffs so privacy is good.
Couldn't find the "clean up" & "do not disturb" signage anywhere in the room.
TV signal isn't too good, but am busy exploring Samui so that's ok to me.
Its good to place a signage at entrance on how to get to the hotel staffs, for 1st time arrival guests.

the entire place was mosquito heaven even with repellent on
we stayed here 2 nights over new year and the first night (nye) the power went out at 7pm, it was out for 12 hours even when we got back so we didnt sleep due to no aircon.
the shower was freezing cold our entire stay despite the staff trying to fix it twice

Located near a walking distance from the Fisherman Village and others shops.
nice place and villas are really nicely decorated and with all you need.
The room is decorated with taste and is huge.
Mimi is a gem. We are grateful for all your assistance and help during our stay.
Many thanks for your nice treats. I really enjoy them all.
Thank you so much for your advises and attention.
surrounded by greens, expect mosquitoes. Ensure to buy the relevant product.

nice villa in a square of jungle (I saw a huge lizard, my friends saw a snake) with all confort like fridge, AC
The breakfast place right at the corner is so delicious.
The woman handling the villas is very helpful
The bathroom was kind of unwelcoming (warm and humid) and I had to bend to take a shower. I know other villas have better setup so just unlucky on that one

If you want the true Thai experience, then this is the place. Authentic Teak Still house set in tropical gardens. Only 4 villas in the complex so quiet and relaxing. Close to Fishermans Village and beach. Host, Mama (pronounced Mimi) was extremely helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this place more highly and was one of the best places we have stayed in all our travels in Thailand.
Villa is over two stories with bedroom and lounge upstairs and kitchen and dining downstairs. It would be nice to have an electric kettle downstairs as well as upstairs.

Unique. Very different old houses. Surrounded by lush vegetation.. good choice of tv channels. Walk into fisherman's village.. interesting furniture comfortable chairs and couch. It's pushing it as a four star more like a three
Bathroom a bit of a hodgepodge of add ons. Bed very hard

amazing !!!! i can’t say enough about this place. the photos doesn’t do it justice. each villa is massive and so comfortable. fully equipped kitchen . total privacy and the gardens are lovely . best value for money in koh samui. this was our best stay… we booked for one day and stayed for 5 days it was that great. location is next to fisherman’s village and the breakfast spot next door is the best in town.
these guys should charge way more for the property

Very authentic and beautiful property. The decor inside was lovely as well as comfortable. The gardens are well maintained with a pool. The bed was really comfy with a mosquito net provided. The owners and staff were welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom was lovely but the shower is a bit weak.

The flowers
The villas are very dark inside not any sunlight gets in and very poorly cleaned the furniture is old furniture but unique and nice just very dark I side the villas creatures off all sorts roam from snakes to crocodiles and lots of mosquito bites had here the villa is extremely over priced as their are no services on site or staff to be seen. No bar or drinks and the reception is also shut at all.times the monks and dogs are very loud at night then the dogs fight and howel a cockrel awakes you at 4sm each morning and we heard nothing but scooters its off a main road . Their is zero security on site as we had a man attempt entry to open our villa 3 times at 5am one morning but the owner Thomas did not want to know or understand how scary this was no cameras work on site just their for show . I was extremely disappointed we checked out the day we had a man attempt entry very horrible experience the towels are changed just every 3 days . Their is a very spooky ambient feeling about the place at night creatures roam from snakes to crocodiles and lots of frogs in the water surroundings its very mis sold and not explained to customers well .
