All aspects of stay were wonderful, especially the included breakfast and location.

We really liked every aspect of our stay. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to help accommodate our early morning ferry ride to Capri. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Exeptional modern looking place with AMAZING staff!

Our stay was excellent the room was modern, clean with very high arched ceilings with amazing bathroom. The breakfast was great and the lady who prepared our breakfast was very kind. We enjoyed every second of our stay and we highly recommend this place for your stay. Also the lady at the reception was AMAZING! She was extremely kind, helpful and smiling the whole time. She provided us all the information needed for places to visit and transportation. Thank you!

Amazing, would definitely stay again!

Pictures doesn’t do this place justice! it was beautiful, very spacious, had 2 balconies! Absolutely amazing!

The sewage from the toilet did begin to smell and it could’ve done with a mini a kitchen that includes a kettle and an iron

Amazing hotel &restaurant

Everything was perfect. Cleaning of the room, the host, the space of the room,the place of the hotel and the restaurant was amazing.

Very clean rooms! Kind and helpful staff. Location is ok if you are traveling with a car. Free parking in the yard.

There is no elevator because there are different apartment levels. It did not botther us, but if you are traveling with kids or someone who cannot take so many stairs, maybe ask for a room on a lower level.

Overall, it was good as we had a car with us but otherwise, it’s far to walk to the port.

The room was nice and comfortable, it’s a beautiful property.

Very friendly welcoming. The room was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. Good breakfast, enough varieties to choose from if you're not too picky. The location is 10 min away from the train station (you can get to Sorrento in 5 min by train). A small minus was the noise of the street which we could hear during the night, but good thing that we had ear plugs. All in all, good value for the money! Thank you for having us!

The staff and facilities were wonderful! Really enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location is a bit removed from the touristy areas but this made us enjoy it more. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location. Close to the center of Sorrento but isolated from the busiest and most touristy area. Rooms are very good. . Comfortable and clean.Breakfast is good. Emilia is very friendly.

Very wellcoming staff. Comfortable room with new facilities. Free parking inside the building.

Terrible noise from the cars all night long.. The hotel s just over a very busy road. Breakfast was under any expectations. Small room to hang the clothes.

Very, very good restaurant (Osteria Estoria) in the building, not belonging to the hotel though.

Thin walls, we could here people snoring in the room next to us. Water pressure was too low.

Very clean, organized and helpful personnel

The room was very clean and everything was super hygienic. Starting the day was easy with the included breakfast. Emilia was very helpful during our stay. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay!

The road next to the relais is very noisy.

Superb

Very nice room that was exceptionally clean. Helpful staff. Free parking at the accommodation. Location is particularly good to visit Sorrento and for travel by car to visit other places. Really enjoyed our stay. The bonus was the restaurant Osteria Esterio which is conveniently adjoining the accommodation and we ate there on our anniversary. The meal was outstandingly good and probably the best meal we have eaten anywhere in Italy! Would thoroughly recommend you eat here. This is a restaurant with a very competent and skilled chef, and unlike the tourist restaurants in Amalfi coast towns serving very average food. Great menu, service and wine too.

Proximity to the road means there is road noise such that you cannot sleep with the window open.

Pleasant

New design, large room , large balcony . Very clean , free parking . Very welcoming and nice stuff ( physically helped us carrying the suitcases to upper floor).

No elevator , very hard climbing , especially with suitcase . Loud noice from rush road ( Sorrento - Napoli / Amalfi ) Breakfast needs improvement. Staff not present 24 hours .
