It’s an okay room with basic amenities
The room hasn’t been renovated in a while and looked decrepit, smelled musty, certain areas of the room developed black mold over time (see photo)
Breakfast was served outside near the parking lot in a tent which spoiled the vibe a little. Also, photos of the breakfast advertised are spectacular whereas in reality they were basic store-purchased pastries.
Also, we were given just one set of keys (a room key and a gate remote), which made it difficult if one of us needed to go out or use a car/drive out.
Sockets were all old apart from one (where the kettle was plugged) and even generic European plugs wouldn’t fit, so we could only use one new socket.
As well, property was extremely cold and we had to ask for an additional blanket.

very nice room, good location (train station just 5 mins away) and nice breakfast. Loved our stay there
getting into the property was difficult as no one opened the door for 5-10 mins, and there is no way you could park your car outside the gate for those 5-10 mins. Also, would be good if the host could help a bit more on attractions nearby, and best way to go, etc.

It's a family run business. They are so friendly and kind. Not to mention extremely helpful with suggestions for getting around. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly prepared home baked goods daily, fresh fruit, omelet made to order, yogurt, cereal, and different crostini each morning brought to our breakfast table - sometimes bruschetta, sometimes smoked salmon with cheese and olive oil.
The property was quiet and just around the corner from the Circumvesuviana train stop.

Salvatore and his family are perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions or requests, don't be shy! Just let them know what you need, and they'll be right there. Very nice breakfast as well. The location is a nice break from the busy Sorrento central area. Very quiet and beautiful. Also very close to the train station, and a short walk to some wonderful restaurants.

Beautiful family run B&B. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent with choice of pastries, fresh eggs and charcuterie. Salvatore was a great host, always contactable and gave some great recommendations. The location is brilliant, just a 2 min walk from the train station with access to Sorento. Piano Di Sorrento is a lovely little town with restaurants and a lovely beach and much quieter than Sorento.
The only negative for me is that I found the bed uncomfortable but this could be down to personal preference!

Everything was just perfect 🥰 The room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious! Salvatore was the best host ever! Very polite and willing to help with everything. Strongly recommend 👌
There's nothing I didn't like 😁

Quiet location but near enough to walk to a few local restaurants and had good transport links into Sorrento via train (just 2 stops) and then bus services to Positano & Amalfi.
There wasn’t anything I disliked.

We arrived slightly late due bad weather and a drive through the mountains. The host was fantastic with great communication the whole time and met us at the gate to the property when we arrived.
Lovely property in a good and quiet area bit close to to walk around Sorrento. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in my whole time in Italy, the spread they put on was insane and there was a option to also have a small omelette or fried eggs to accompany.
Would recommend 100%
Literally the only thing where the lights in the bedroom. They are just too bright making the room feel a bit like a dentist surgery when they are all on.
I would suggest lowering the brightness of the concealed lighting around the coving.

Close to the popular Sorrento area a quiet and calm place to enjoy your holiday. Really safe parking for the car in the closed garden of the accommodation, and you don't really need the car, because the public transportation to Naples and Sorrento is just around the corner. The hosts were really nice and they made us feel at home, with special samples of the Italian cuisine for every breakfast. The host was so nice to offer us a bigger room for the same price, because it was available. If we ever come back to Sorrento we will make sure to book at this amazing accommodation once again.
Everything was perfect, the only bad thing was that we had to go home :(

Being in a built-up area, off street parking was important, as was the ability to check-in fairly late.
Even though it is quite built-up the Villa is away from the road and therefore quiet.
The Piano di Sorrento railway station is less than 10 mins walk away, opening-up trains to Naples (not that I would recommend visiting), Ercolano (for Herculaneum), Pompeii (where the public EAV bus goes to/from Vesuvius) and Sorrento (with ferries to Capri & elsewhere, plus buses to Amalfi). We enjoyed the breakfasts, even though having cakes available at breakfast seems a bit odd, not to mention individual portions of tiramisu (which were excellent). The bruschetta, omellette, fresh fruit and bread all made for a good, filling breakfast. It was unseasonably cold (Feb23) during our visit, so we had to wrap-up well to have breakfast outside, under the pergola, with an electric fire to stave off the cold. It worked.
The aircon provided sufficient heating in the bedroom, but the bathroom remained damp and a tadge smelly unless opening the window. Our large towels didn't really dry out.
The bed sheets don't seem to fit the mattress, but were repositioned during the daily room clean.
I thought, at one stage, that my phone charger had died, but then realised I hadn't put the key into the slot by the door, which activates all sockets and the AC.

Good location and a friendly atmosphere
Didn't appreciate the message I received when we left as we stayed 1 extra day and could not pay the day before we left as we could not contact Salvatore and we left early so thought we would try to pay after 9 am but received a bad message before this time

Great location 2 minutes walk to train station and 15 minutes walk to center and restaurants.Car parking on site a real plus. Therese makes a great breakfast and you have to try her lemon délice.Salvatore was very helpful for information on getting around.

Salvatore is very helpfull with any information. Good location to visit the Amalfi coast. Breakfast superbe.
No safe on the room. Room on the streetside very noisy. We didn't received the garden site room like we asked for in our ordering email... When you leave the room you can't charge your phone. See fotos on tripadvisor.

Wonderful breakfast with fresh open sandwiches every day.
Great coffee and cakes, plus tiramisu for breakfast !
Perfect for travelling on the train to Sorrento and Pompei etc.
Beach is a 15 minutes walk away, only €2.
Local store sells cheap beer for afternoon refreshments.
Pizza restaurant next to station is great.
Train times vs timetables can be variable.
AC in room was quiet and efficient.
The beds was a little uncomfortable, I think they should invest in proper hotel standard beds.
