Amplio y céntrico

La ubicación perfecta, en plena plaza de Chueca. El piso es exterior, con dos balcones, pero perfectamente aislado, no escuchamos ni un ruido por las noches. También tiene un cuarto interior más tranquilo. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, Smart TV y menaje en la cocina suficiente para pasar unos días. El check in fue rápido y cómodo, y la comunicación buena desde el primer momento. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Location is good. Was issue with warm blankets

The location is quite good. Almost center. Near was a supermarket. There was a paid parking place and also lines to park the car (hourly parking lines) not far from the apartment.

There was an issue with warm blankets for one bed it was only one warm blanket per bed. But we stayed with friends and it's not comfortable to sleep under one warm blanket in one bed.

Location on Square

The location was good being on one corner of Chueca Square and next to the metro station. The building is traditional and decor homely. Bathroom was adequate but the shower needed to be used with care. The tall windows and Juliet balcony gave interesting views of the square below.

Although to be expected in this location the noise from people hanging around the square constantly can get annoying and closing all the windows does not help.

Clothes washer. Great location. Roomy. Smart TV .

Could not get DVD to play thru the TV.. like to have 1 news channel in Englush, French, Spanish etc. Water was turned off for maintenance our last morning so could not take shower... notice was posted outside the building so we did not see it.

The location was good.

The Appartment was very old, in poor condition, some things were broken or not working the A/c didn’t work well in the living room and it was definitely not getting to the second bedroom. I was looking for basic but this was pretty bad. We stayed in 3 other Spanish towns and our apartments were amazing compared to this one.

Perfect service from the staff. Quick and pleasant response to my messages.

It was within walking distance of everything. I didn’t need to worry about transportation at all. Within walking distance of supermarkets, museums and lots of other fun places to visit.

For adults travelling without kids, this location would be 100% perfect. However, it’s not ideal for kids as it’s right in the square with bars. So there’s a lot of drinking, smoking and adult stuff going on. There are adult shops around and all that. Hence, it wasn’t completely comfortable for me because I was travelling with my kids.

GOOD for a weekend getaway.

Good location.

Very cold inside (heating was not on). Beds - small for two and actually uncomfortable. Noisy at night (weekends) Late checkin cost 20/30 euros.

The best rental we have had in a long time. Price, ambience, style, facilities, location everything

Location was incredible in the heart of the Chueca right beside the metro. Stylish, comfortable, well equipped with very effective air conditioning coping wonderfully with high summer heat. Although right on a busy square the windows were so effectively glazed and sealed all ambient noise was blocked out. I cannot stress enough how excellent this place is.

The second bedroom is interior and, as the a/c is not installed here, a small fan would be beneficial ( although it was by no means too hot)

Buzzing center of Madrid. Excelent appartment to be based in.

Met at the door at the arranged time for the key. The Covid lockdown started when we were there. The apartment was well equipped we could have staid for months if we had to. Central location easy for shops and all attractions.
