The location was close to the river and centre of town, but next doors bars and clubs produced loud music till2 am
The included breakfast was inedible,

The staff there are serious about their work and it shows. They were eager to resolve any issues and always looking to meet our needs. The pool is clean and a big plus. Breakfast was western but could use some more fruit. I will give them that feedback.
The breakfast needs to have more fruit, but otherwise is good. Dogs walking through is not a good look, but hard to stop without shutting gates. They were never a problem for guests.

Lovely spacious room, nice pool and friendly staff

Just a nice distance from main centre, about ten minute walk along by the river. Staff were friendly. Setting was lovely with pool in the centre. There was a pool table which was a nice addition.
Personally the breakfast didn't suit me, some fruit would have been a nice addition, but overall all good

I had taken the wrong bus, so I was very late to check in. However, the staff kept reception open for me and helped me settle in after a harrowing day. The room on the ground floor was enormous overlooking the pool, just a few meters away. The pool was lovely and relaxing and kept very clean. I had the included breakfast, choosing the noodles and coffee, which were excellent. Narin at reception was excellent helping me on my final day when I had left my bag at a restaurant the previous night 🌙. She called the restaurant and arranged for them to open it. Arranged tuktuk at best price and finally I got my bag back. She also arranged a private car to take me to Phnom Penh for just $15 (front seat). All the staff want above and beyond what I'd expect from an efficient front desk. Everybody is so nice there. Amazing thank you😊

staff were exceptional, even the night watchman would re-open bar and pool tables late at night. Nothing too much trouble
AC was weak, only just cool enough to sleep. Also gap under door does allow the odd mozzie in

Excellent value for money, great location, great facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Massage at spa was spot on.
Signage was hard to see on main road behind tree which made finding entrance difficult. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

lovely pool with sun beds, and lovely staff. very nice rooms. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.
Surcharge for paying by credit card not mentioned on booking.com. Wi-Fi only available on ground floor rooms and common areas. Chanting from 5.30 am from nearby temple.

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to do things for you and the pool facilities are very good.
Location wise, it's a short walk into town.
The hotel has the wrong name on booking.com, so this caused alot of confusion for our drop off and tour pick ups.
A bar nearby plays loud music until quite late into night and this can be heard from the hotel.

The hotel staff communicated well and were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was a great size, comfy beds and very well presented. The bungalow had good character. The pool was a good size and surrounded with a nice patio decked out with loungers/umbrellas.
The neighbouring karaoke bar ruined our stay at the hotel... with the thumping "music" virtually shaking the bungalow and keeping us up into the early hours. The staff were accomodating as soon as we asked, to move us to a quieter room in the main hotel, where the noise was bearable/acceptable, but certainly not what we had wanted (we had anticipated the location a short walk from town would be very quiet). Our stay was just before the tourist season took off and the hotel was busy making the final preparations to a beautiful spa facility which will be a real asset (and the team were kind enough to show me around). Unfortunately in the busyiness of preparations it appeared the pool had been a bit forgotten, was cloudy and covered in dead insects. The staff soon realised we were trying to use the pool and set about cleaning it. The breakfast options were limited and our choices weren't available. In general the hotel has good potential but was far too noisy for us.

Love this place !

The family room was very big and had 2 sleeping areas which suited families. The pool was great and location was not too far from town. The staff and manager was very helpful and friendly which made our stay really enjoyable.
The only negative is the bathroom and shower which was a little old and quite small. The shower head was hard to use and it sprayed everywhere every time we showered and wet the toilet. It would be great if the bathrooms were ungraded to a western style bathroom with a shower screen and seperate from the toilet.

Excellent service and staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the help with printing off documents and arranging our transportation to the Vietnam border.

It was a little far from town and not many options nearby to eat at.

The location is very good. Overlooking the river and a little bit out of the centre of town but within walking distance along
the Riverside - a nice walk. Most of the staff were friendly enough but few Khmer.
The Hotel will close at the end of August for some renovations and upgrade. On arrival I was told that the private bungalow I had booked was not available. As it happened this did not matter to me and I was offered an alternative. Since the Hotel was due to close the breakfast chef had left and there was no replacement or attempt to provide breakfast so I had to catch a tuk tuk into town. Only a few of staff seemed to be Khmer, the rest Indian - so one may conclude that the Hotel has been taken over by Indian management.
