Humble but grand

The location worked really well for me. Easy access to public transport and city centre. I didn’t expect the rooms to be so well put together. The staff were fantastic, open and yet not in your face. The breakfast was the best! The family member I traveled with was unwell and I can’t explain how great full I am for the staffs sensitivity and brilliant amenities.

Nothing comes to mind.

The left window in room 112 is not closing well, it is quite chilly close to the window (overall no big issue)

Good location, comfortable bed and very good wi-fi connection. Breakfast was OK, not that many options, but everything I tried was delicios. Coffee was good, too. Recommend the stay there. With the only issue of the room temperature which is subjective. : )

The room was very cold due to the old (or not closing perfectly) windows and the air conditioner needed some time to increase the temperature to normal levels. The bath was very cold as well and the radiator there wasn't able to get it warm fast.

Good international standard hotel but needs to do a better job of maintenance

Well appointed hotel and rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant made for a good option for an international standard hotel in Belgrade. Convenience store opposite the hotel.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom from the shower drain. Day one some drain cleaner was put down the drain and it improved the situation. Day two more drain cleaner was needed and I asked that maintenance also clear the drain. Day three more of the same and finally it was okay. Same with Air Conditioning. Repeated requests to get it sorted out. The General Manager really needs to sort out their maintenance department. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre and main attractions in an area that is not the best in the city.

Overall a good experience, would recommend.

Clean rooms, reasonable location, good breakfast. Welcoming and accommodating staff which made this stay special.

The hotel is a little dated on the inside, but admittedly so as everything in Belgrade.

The bar seemed to close on evenings, would have been nice to have a drink in the hotel.

Superb

Great breakfast, comfortable mattress, strong wifi, nice location. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. We came earlier and they make effort to give us the room before check-in time.

The bathroom in our room was poorly cleaned :( But the rest of the hotel was clean.

I choose Jump Inn next time I visit Belgrade without searching for any other place

We booked the junior suite and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. Not a long walk to city centre. Just an amazing stay overall.
