We had a wonderful time at Goldsborough apartments and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Centrally located with great access to public transport and main thoroughfares. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and quiet, exactly what we'd hoped for!

Fabulous Location

Newly refurbished apartment was located a few yards from the ferry terminal and bus to the city. We loved the walkway along the beautiful Brisbane River, lovely restaurants across the road and shops within easy walking distance. Teneriffe is an ideal location to explore Brisbane City. Highly recommend.

Our apartment in Block C did not have a lift, which we were aware of, so it would not suit people with mobility issues. Our bedroom was situated on the main road which could be noisy in the early morning. Our other family members, however, were located in the main complex and had no noise issues.

Handy location and very clean.

The location was handy. And the place was clean.

The bathroom is not great.If you are tall you will struggle. Beds were uncomfortable. And no full length mirror anywhere in the unit.

Spacious apartments next to the Brisbane River

Good location next to the river in Teneriffe; cafe's and restaurants across the road and next door. Underground parking included.

Home away from home - with special sunrises!

Great location in Teneriffe, right on the river, with a pool and parking. The sunrises from the balcony were awesome. Apartment #38, was a good size and conveniently located to a local grocery store, bar and an easy walk to the ferry ( 15-20 minutes to the central city) , cafes, and Gasworks. Friendly and helpful reception.

The apartment had been partially updated, with a nice kitchen and lounge area. The bathroom was showing its age and would benefit from some maintenance. The bedroom was smallish, but ok. The key detractor from our 7 day stay was the bed - it's was very hard and uncomfortable (unfortunately, the mattress topper on the mattress didn't help).

Value for money

The location is great, the receptionist was friendly and the view was lovely.

Unfortunately, the bedrooms were a bit outdated, with the carpet coming up and the handrail in the bathroom broken. The shower was constantly dripping which was loud. Only had two toilet rolls to last 4 people for a week so had to buy more as well as a dish scrubber to wash the dishes. Wifi was pretty bad too.

Absolutely wonderful, 100% recommed!

The location was absolutely stunning, right on the waterfront. The unit was gorgeous as well as the property having great facilities. The location was easy to get to and the area has fantastic restaurants right across the street.

So, Unit 15 - the bed was... a bit too squeaky. For such a wonderfully decorated unit, the bed could have been.... quieter... We ended up cooking in the kitchen which was great except the lack of pots and pans sizeable enough to cook what we needed (boiling pasta needs a large pot - we had to cook in two batches for both the pasta and the sauce we made form scratch). Otherwise, everything else was 100% perfect!

Had a nice time

I loved the view. We had our drinks and morning coffee on the balcony. It was close to some really cool restaurants. Within walking distance to a supermarket.

There were no screens on the balcony sliding doors or the windows. And no air conditioning in the bedroom. It was so hot in the heat bedrooms, we didn’t get much sleep. The cupboard doors in the kitchen were a hazard.

Incredibly well appointed apartments, in a picturesque setting; love love love !

Stunning river views, and an ideal location in Tenerife; close to everything you need, direct access to the river walkway, but extremely quiet and peaceful at the same time ! I had a fantastic experience, with the very helpful and efficient property managers ensuring our stay was seamless, and very stress free. I highly recommend, and can’t wait to stay again 🤗

It was nice - the apartment was a good size but bathroom was very dated. Location was excellent.

The location was excellent. So easy to get the ferry to Brisbane and nearby areas. Teneriffe is a very nice area. Loved the restaurants straight across the road. Swimming pool was a good size but very cold.

WiFi was terrible. Didn't work in the apartment at all. You might have been lucky to get a little coverage on the balcony. Not great when you need to keep in contact with family overseas. No Wi fi in cafes or restaurants. Shower was not clean - grout was mouldy.

Great place to stay

Location was great, was easy to hop on a city cat. Apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine!

photos shown indicated we would have a beautiful view from our balcony but actually had a garden view and a large tree blocking any!

Great apartment on the Brisbane riverside

We loved our stay. A hiccup on arrival with our key not being in the safe box but on phoning the manager, he arrived promptly and was very apologetic. Location is excellent. It's a great area. The units look out over the river. The pool looked nice. Underground secure parking included..

reasonable rates, good location but unclean.

Great Location and view of the river. Great for walking and not far to City attractions. The room was spacious for a 1 bed apartment. Overall reasonable value for money considering our stay was in School holidays and over a NSW long weekend.

The Apartment was not clean. dirty dishes in dishwasher. sticky kitchen floor and overall dirty Kitchen. Bathroom was also unclean, many stains on the walls, mould and hair. Very bad musty damp smells which took a day to clear with airing the apartment. disclosed to reception and stated I would be leaving the room as a found it. I did not ask for anything however management missed an opportunity to do something for us. We will not be back which is disappointing as this property has great potential.

Close to ferry Wharf with good views

Great views close to ferry Wharf. Large rooms with balcony. Undercover secure parking separate bedroom. Washing machine and dryer

Cooking equipment was hit and miss. Kids with no bottoms. Small and huge saucepan only. Nothing in between. Missing crockery. This was the unit I was in others might be different. Blind in bedroom didn't block out the light from common areas. A thicker curtain would have been good.

Gorgeous apartment in great location

Gorgeous comfortable apartment , lovely riverside position , great views , close to transport (City Cat & bus) plentiful nearby cafes and restaurants plus supermarket

Liked everything but just note that on Booking.com apartment was listed as Serviced after few days with no service we asked at reception it turns out serviced means once a week ! As we had asked our unit was serviced the following day

Got the key from the lock box. Directions were a bit unclear and hard to read in the dark. Passing gym user advised us how to get in. I think the confusion was with the car park map. We didn't have a car so had no idea what that was all about.

Excellent stay clos to the city

Excellent location with view on the river. Shopping center and restaurants/pubs very close by. Cat hopper around the corner. Possible to walk into CBD (2.5km). Quiet and comfortable bed. Apartment with air conditioning. Washing machine and dishwasher, products provided. Check in after hours possible. Excellent communication with the host. I recommend this place.

A relaxing, comfortable stay in the heart of beautiful Teneriffe.

Goldsborough Place Apartments is my favourite place to stay when I'm in Teneriffe. This was my third stay and once again the staff and facilities were on point. From check in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nestled on the river, the well appointed apartments offer beautiful views from their balconies and are surrounded by local establishments offering a delicious variety of dining and excellent coffee. The Teneriffe ferry terminal is only a short stroll from my apartment and combined with the river walk is an easy and most enjoyable way explore this beautiful part of Brisbane. Once again I have enjoyed another stay at Goldsborough Place and look forward to my next visit.

I really couldn't find fault with anything.
