We had the back room with a beautiful garden and also the location is great for catching the City Cat.
Unfortunately it was very dusty which caused allergies to be triggered.

Spacious room set in a gorgeous house and grounds. Everything worked perfectly, host was friendly and knowledgable, and it was in a great location.
The WiFi was slow, and warm water in the shower only seemed to last around 30 seconds.

Loved everything about this place! Aesthetically very pleasing, loved all the artistic details and the vibrant colours. The leisure areas are spectacular! Brian has been a gem of a host, providing us all the details about Brisbane and the neighbourhood. Nearby great stores and restaurants as well as a ferry terminal.
Nothing not to like. Will be coming back for sure!

Lovely spacious and private room with enduite and balcony. Very comfortable bed and convenient self serve breakfast. Even had my favourite brand of haircare products.
There was some traffic noise from main road and planes overhead a few times.

This was a great place to stay; the gardens and fountain were just beautiful, all of the furnishings were excellent, the location is perfect and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in ages.

It is a tropical paradise. Very well maintained garden. Beautiful views. Very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. It is quite esthetically decorated.
We found the mattress way too soft, whole bed was shaking on turning or tossing.

The bed was absolutely therapeutic. I slept right through the night for the first time in months. The room was very cosy with quality furnishings, amazing wall art and quirky ornaments. The lux en-suite bathroom is very spacious with double sinks, heated towel rack and a brilliant shower. The room I stayed in (at the back of the house) on ground floor, had a bifold doors that look out onto gorgeous private deck and garden. There is also a cute little kitchen where you can help yourself to breakfast, tea & Nespresso coffee. Brian the host is very generous, kind and helpful in giving great directions to local cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. I had never been to this suburb before, so I really enjoyed exploring the area.
I was not very comfortable about there being no block out curtains on bedroom and bathroom windows. I did however ask Brian if he could please put something up to block bedroom windows. He very kindly put a cover over the outside of bedroom window. This made me so much more comfortable and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Brian also said he will put up proper block out curtains from now on.
