I really liked my stay at Casa Oliver. Beautiful spacious room, some lovely style elements. Staff was super nice and helpful and fab breakfast! the location is perfect, in the middle of Principe Real. Easy walk to restaurants and bar. I especially enjoyed the little park across the hotel where you can drink coffee and eat Natas at all times.
All good, I would stay here again!

Excellent location, decor and cleanliness.
Nothing.

Posizione eccellente, colazione sufficiente, materasso superbo, check in ottimo e ben arredata la struttura con bella vista sulla città
Bagno molto rumoroso e a volte maleodorante.

The location is just perfect, we couldn't have been better placed. Very close to the center and heart if Lisboa, however just a couple of street behind and away from the big tourist groups.
The breakfast is a delight for every taste, a generous buffet with very fresh food (warm, cold, salty and sweet).
The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful: we received a welcome drink at arrival and plenty of insider tips to start our journey!
The room on the street side beautiful and spacious but is a bit noisy at night.

Despite booking less than an hour before, when we arrived to check in, our room had already been prepared with a hand-written card with my name on. This was a nice touch!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and in fact had upgraded our room to one of their nicest suites, which was a huge bonus as we had been let down by another property earlier that day. The room was absolutely beautiful, very private, and the facilities, especially the mini bar, made us feel so relaxed and happy.
On a couple of occasions I had forgotten some items we needed such as scissors, and the front desk were more than happy to provide this. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Lisbon.
No comments here, everything was perfect!

Fantastic location and spacious room in a beautiful old school setting.
Coffee cups, coffee pods and glasses were not replace daily. Also, no air con in room but there was a very effective fan.

Old World delight. Great marble bathroom and terrific shower. I liked the overall vibe/decor. Very clean. Staff wanted me to love it there.
Fabulous large park directly across the street. Easy walk (downhill) to the train station. The bus back up the hill stops right in front of the hotel and only €2 from the train station area.
Terrific restaurant next door that is kind of a hidden gem. Gin Lover's Restaurant. It's in a beautiful building. I feel it's a must.
No air conditioning but with open windows and a fan I was comfortable. Also, with heavy bags, I struggled a bit with some stairs. Not a deal breaker, and they helped.

The included breakfast was great and the location was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with our stay.
The basement units for our family had an odd smell, but the staff changed our rooms and it ended up being great!
3.9
Historic, sound prove windows
Smell in the toilet, small toilet( all rooms are diferent), dark stair ways

The rooms are spacious, stylish, very well equipped and extremely lovingly decorated in detail. Outstanding was the personal reception - very warm, friendly and incredibly caring and helpful. The wonderful recommendations have made the beautiful stay an extraordinary one. Thank you so much!

Location is Brilliant in the center of Lisbon, ideal for tourists.
First room they proposed for me was terrible. Hot, no air conditioning, but for the next day they offer much better room.

Great location! Totally nice and friendly! We had a room at the back of the house with a view of the adjacent park. Totally quiet and very lovingly and sophisticated furnished. This will be the regular hotel for further Lisbon stays. Absolutely recommendable!
An additional plus: Public Parking Place in the same Street (House No. 213 for 14 Euro for 24 h)
All fine!

Very boho decor, rooms were very pretty and clean. Breakfast was limited to a choice of food and a beverage but was healthy and delicious and served outside. Very friendly staff, they offered to store our luggage before our flight.
We got a room right next to the entrance which was super loud (front door was being slammed every time someone would walk in/out) and next to the reception where there was always people talking. I recommend to install a damper to slow down that front door and prevent it from slamming and maybe better doors for those rooms next to the reception. Slept with earplugs every night .

Very cute and unique room. It was close to many restaurants and not a far distance to the metro.
My room was right on the street and since the window was the only source of air, it got a little loud if the window was open and too warm if it was closed.
3.9
The room was spacious, good location, staff was nice during our stay then they changed after we left the hotel and tried to charge products on my card.
The bathroom had a smell, the staff messaged me after my stay and wanted to charge me on a product that I had never seen before. They accused us of stealing some sort of tea god knows what it was. The breakfast is very small and after eating there you’d be starving. The freshness of the fruit is questionable.
3.9
Nice room and a fantastic location. Breakfast was not in the hotel but around the corner. Plant-based and healthy. For us: fine, but if you want a big breakfast, you have to order (and pay) extra.
The rooms have wooden floors. Nice for the looks, but it can be quite noisy.
3.9
super cute, clean, friendly staff and amazing location
the wi-fi didn’t work half the time I was there and I also couldn’t use the television
3.9
I loved the cozy atmosphere
The breakfast at Casa Cabana is great. I really liked the concept (plant-based, vegan, etc.) and the place in the garden is marvelous but the choice for breakfast was too limited.
Also the reception was a bit noisy one morning.

very traditional but very comfortable and in the perfect location

The staff at the B and B were charming and helpful. The location was great. Could walk most places or take the tram. The staff at the breakfast cafe were also very nice and helpful. Our 2 bedrooms were at the back so very quiet. Our suite downstairs was a lovely size for 2 people and had a super king bed in it. The suite on the ground floor that they were going to put us into was too small for 2 people. It was only big enough for 1 armchair and a chair at the desk and the bed was 5’. Our daughter went into that room which was lovely for 1.
The breakfast arrangement wasn’t what was pictured on web. They had found a new cafe to give the BandB guests breakfast. It was tasty, but not a lot of food. You only got 1 cup of coffee with the voucher. 2nd cup had to be paid for. Not all of the options on the menu were available in 3 of our 4 breakfasts which impacted our choices. The B and B staff said they were going to look into another breakfast place.

I really loved the location , the staff extremely friendly i arrived earlier than the check in time and they gave me my room earlier than plan , the room was really arranged on a good way with music playing on the room , two pieces of dessert with a cute note and last but not least the room was comfortable
I didn’t like the toilet was really old need to be renovated in my own opening

Room good, (number 28). Some other rooms are v small with tiny shower/loo . Location is a nice area with plenty going on and reasonable access to other parts of Lisbon.
Breakfast is at a small restaurant nearby called Casa Cabana ( This is at the rear of Casa Oliver and seems to be a separate business altogether) We were given 'vouchers' to have breakfast at this establishment which entitled us to one course and one drink. eg cereal OR eggs plus one hot drink. This is not my idea of breakfast being included in the room rate , as we had anticipated on booking. A second cup of coffee was extra,(ridiculous)an extra course eg scrambled eggs was extra. That to me is daft and is not my/our idea of breakfast being included.
Our room was v good and although the room faced a busy road ( Principe Real), the double glazing provides good sound proofing. However , even in April the room was v warm, with no A/C or fans ....it must be tough to sleep in those front facing rooms in the summer. Leaving the windows open at night is too noisy ,for us at least.

Position: Good for the nightlife and quite comfortable to reach all the main places in town
Shower: good
Reception: very good
Cleaning: very good
BED: VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!!!!
BREAKFAST: not in the same building, but good; so, unconfortable to optimize the schedule (sometime needed more than 1 hour for a simple breakfast)
ROOM: really noisy, no air conditioning, quite dark (the whole building looks quite good, anyway)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My parents had a lovely stay in Casa Oliver.

Room was very clean and in a great location. breakfast was in a cute spot outside behind the hotel which was plant based and super tasty! we had lovely weather so this worked really well ☺️
When opening the door to the room, you had to pass through the bathroom to get to the room and we felt this was unhygienic.
3.9
Elegant room with great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location.
Breakfast was with a nearby cafe and while the food was good it was extremely slow, so not really suitable for a hotel breakfast. Reception isn't 24 hours.
3.9
The room was excellent, clean, spacious, quiet and luxurious.
We were given a different room then we had initially booked but the staff worked hard to correct it and finally got us the correct room.
3.9
We loved staying here. It was close to everything and very quiet at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!
3.9
Staff and the place were amazing
Breakfast service quite slow
3.9
The staff was very nice and helpful and the position of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was very good.
The room could have been better/often cleaned. Hot water took a lot to get into the shower. The breakfast at Casa Cabana could be better organised, we had often to wait a lot.
3.9
The position, the size of the room.
The shower leaked because of a bad installation. we put a towel underneath it.
We checked out around 9 am, and came back around 4 pm for our luggage. The day later at 6 pm, we receive the information that they will charge us for 2 products that were on the table in the room, nearly 40 euros (sleeping spray and hangover pills). We didn't use them. We looked inside to know what it was, thinking even that it was a welcome gift, but didn't use them. Didn't have a hangover. I didn't even drink the whole time. They told us they will charge them, send us a picture with some hangover pills missing. I told them first of all why they didn't tell us immediately when we got back for our luggage, the answer was they had a sick person from the staff so they cleaned it the day after. I say it is clearly a scam.
