Old and tired ok as a backpacker maybe

Reasonably clean

Old and tired, no headboard no pictures nowhere to sit other than the bed small nowhere to unpack other than on the bed, no one available to speak to about it, only stayed one night would not refund for the second night really disappointed with our stay

The experience epitomized what service and conditions should be in the industry.

Management and staff were very friendly and responded to questions and concerns immediately. The park is well cared for and upkeep is on-going. Their genuine caring for clients is obvious in demeanor and action. Public transit is right outside the gate.

Not worth the trip if you have to put up with dirtiness, and cramped within the small area,

Found a cockroach in toaster rooms are very small Kids room side mount fan is vibrating and you can hear the sound like a plane engine Very small area

had a very nice bed to sleep in zzzzz

pool was good but could be given some TLC in the water park .

tree berries on the walkway to our cabin i have a walking stick very mussy when you step on them and not a nice feel under your foot sorry.

Great for kids and friendly and helpful staff

We loved the waterpark and play area for the kids. We had a car so proximity to the main area was no issue at all. We’ve stayed her before and we’ll stay again!

The mattress in the cabin was in definite need of an update but everything else was great!

The stay was ok but the room needs a good clean and upgrade.

The room was very dusty and there were cobwebs in the corners. The room needs an upgrade and repairs. The wall and the door was damaged. The curtains were stained.

location was ok.

bed hard uncomfortable and a bit small. The 4pm close time. When doing a road trip its hard to make it there by 4pm when travelling for hours to get there.

Nice room but no cooking facilities

The facilities in the room were good with a kettle, hot drinks and toiletries

There's no kitchen, the camp kitchen is just for campers with their own cookware so unless you've got your own pots, pans and utensils you need to go into town for food

Room could've been a little cleaner (dirt behind bathroom door) and the cold water tap was leaking in the bathroom. And the TV reception was ridiculous!!! Couldn't watch anything!!!

Cabin was way overpriced for what you got. Tv didn't work, sink has a leak. The place has been let go.

Worst. Stay. Ever.

There were literally no positives. Everything was disgustingly dirty and over priced.

1. The room was FILTHY. I'm not confident my linens were even washed. 2. Bugs EVERYWHERE. No insect killer in room. Perhaps if you cannot provide insect.free rooms, at least provide insect killer spray. 3. No dish soap. Dishes were also dirty. 4. Very loud, the walls are paper thin.
