The staff was very enthusiastic and tried their best to guide you on the use of electromechanical equipment. Once, they also guided me to the wild animals that appeared near the hotel. There is a supermarket that opens at 9:00 p.m. about 500 meters away. Buy ingredients there and then cook in the hotel's restaurant. Wonderful three days. 😊
The room, especially the wardrobe, smells a little moldy, which is inevitable in a humid environment. Do you have any good ideas for kipara?

I can only tell you what I liked after I was forced to upgrade. The upgraded room was part of a group of two & It cost quite a lot but it was awesome. The receptionist was extremely nice & looked like Meghan Markle from the back right.
I had to upgrade after the first night when I booked the cheapest room which was in a block of 6 tiny units. The bed was way too soft & I could hear someone coughing all night in the room behind me (they sounded like a sweet person lol). After the costly upgrade to save my sanity, the only problem was that there were 2 units together and when the neighbour came in, or was leaving, the whole place wobbled from the stilt setup. Also, I would say that it’s probably a little bit too far from Airlie Beach for a quick walk.

The property was clean and reception staff were freindly
The room was so small. There was no chair to sit on and nowhere to put luggage. The bathroom was bright and new, but there is nowhere in the shower to put soap or any products you are using. There is no face washer supplied. The bed was too soft for me, but someone else may like it.
The property was more set up for back packer style with a camp kitchen area.
The location was a drive to get to the centre of town and restaurants, although there is a taken 750m away.

the new cabins are very nice and look modern and are comfortable
you do have to walk a little bit with your luggage from the car park to the cabin, makes it hard when you have a broken back and some medical issues.

So secluded and quiet, away from the hustle of Airlie at night. The property is well maintained, especially the new kitchen and everything you need is available.
No complaints!

secluded,quiet, peaceful,
laundry was a tad far
up a couple flights of stairs
but that’s the only negative as washers and dryers had tap and pay option for bank cards which was so convenient

no issues

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Those working on reception were really nice when I had an issue with my room and were really helpful with local info.
It was a bit too far from the centre if you're not driving and the room hadn't been cleaned particularly well. Whoever was their previously had left crumbs on the floor and kitchenette. These hadn't been cleaned up so there were a lot of ants getting at them.
