Quizas seria bueno poner algunas almohadas mas blandas.

Big bungalow sorrounded by mountains, perfect for
a couple with kids. Very kind staff willing to help.

Meghan & Julien were the most fantastic hosts. The lodge was spacious & clean. The location was unbelievable, like your just in Jurassic Park. Recommend 100%

Meghan and Julien are lovely hosts. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are beautiful and the breakfast was great, for a good price. Very close to lovely hiking trails, which was what we were after.
A little more difficult to get to than expected, but Meghan and Julien helped us contacting a cab driver willing to take us the whole way.

Beautiful valley retreat with wonderful views of the surrounding peaks, a great pool for kids and lovely breakfasts. The hosts were incredibly helpful too.
Village Temanoha is rustic but we really enjoyed it. There is no aircon, and the showers don’t run hot but there are mosquito nets and it is exceptionally tranquil. We loved our stay.

house is spacious, kitchen has a full size fridge, nice scenery
it was difficult (needed to go very very slow and very very careful) to access with our simple rental car (4W is definitely a better option), we had difficulties to find the place as the navigation brought us to a wrong adress (it wasn’t clear for us we should have followed red markings on the road), our house had: many dusty spiders webs that gave the feeling the house wasn’t clean, lights were way to bright (which make it not enjoyable); we missed a drying line (for swimsuits and towels) and that the wifi doesn’t reach the houses; pool sides is very slippery

Village Temanoha was very rural! It was so peaceful at night watching the stars!
The hosts were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful! Seemed like very lovely people and their dog Maui was very friendly too!
We used the BBQ in the evening which was lovely and the pool was so refreshing with the humidity outside!
Although we were generally happy overall, there were some points that should be noted before staying here.
Overall it was lovely to switch off for a couple days but the village was a little difficult to find as it’s off the beaten track and not very well sign posted with the only directions being red arrows sprayed onto lamp posts.
Some of us arrived on scooters which I would not advise unless you’re good on a bike because it’s a VERY tricky track to navigate with holes, flooding and lots of rocks. Those that arrived by taxi were dropped at the top of the track as the taxi driver said she didn’t want to take her car down there but one of the hosts generously offer to pick the girls up in the truck to save them walking.
The Wifi only seemed to work by the pool and not in the bungalows which is where you would want it to work the most.

we loved our stay. Megane and Julien were always available to help or give us good advises for our trip. The bungalow was clean, spacious and not too close to the next one to give us privacy on the terrace. The village is well situated, yes the road to access it is not paved, and not easy to drive without a 4WD, but it’s manageable and you get used to it. We recommend the village and would stay again if we are back to Moorea. Thanks!
The road to access the village .

We had a short trip to Moorea for a second visit and absolutely loved our stay. We were welcomed and the atmosphere was very friendly and family like. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place! Amazing scenery with great, easy access to hiking on the island and to Paopao/Cook's Bay. The lodge itself is beautiful and we could have (and did) spent an entire day roaming the grounds admiring the plant life and the views from the area. Some incredible hidden easter eggs there as well (ask Julien about the eel!!).
Julien was incredibly welcoming and it was so fun learning about the area from him. The breakfasts that he cooks in the mornings are delicious and nourishing, and were a great start to a busy day exploring the island. I felt like I missed the lodge the moment we hopped onto the ferry to go back to Pape'ete. Staying there was a major highlight of our time in French Polynesia.
There are a decent number of mosquitoes, though that's just the nature of being on the island's interior. Our cabin had a bug net over the bed and bug repelling incense--and with some bug spray as well you should be fine, but we still got some bites.

I think this is one of the places where I’ve felt more comfortable ever. Julien, Meghan and Nico were amazing and treated us like family. We felt so welcome. The place is wild and beautiful, in the heart of the island surrounded by the mountains not far from the main road and market. We also had breakfast there that they prepared for us and it was delicious and abundant. The atmosphere is incredible. We were so pleased that we would like to be back there! Merci guys for having us there, we will never forget it!

everything was perfect

I loved surroundings, size of the bungalow, and the bathrooms.
The drive is pretty far inland, the road is a little gnarly but completely doable in any rental car on the island.

Traditional style bungalow.
Mosquito infested, barking dogs, requires a lot of maintenance.
4.5
beautiful nature around, star gazing, big territory, well-equipped bungalows, we had all we needed. i particularly liked the style of the bathroom - so natural..
wifi was weak near the bungalows (I heard they plan to change it soon), and what was quite unexpected - it was quite noisy at night- dogs barking whole night around, roosters, people with music in the neighbouring house.. I would say natural village life, not a big deal but earplugs is a good idea for people with sensitive sleep

very good service and tips by the owners
nice spatious bungalows
nice pool
amazing views

The owner had great tips for things to do on the island!

Excellent location, quiet, extremely friendly staff, friendly dog, nice pool, gorgeous garden. Far from busy tourist hotels.
The road to get up there.

Lovely location, feeling alone in the jungle. The staff is awesome, the bungalows are big.
Not their fault, but the amount of mosquitoes was through the roof and made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We also found mice poop in the bathroom. The access road is paved for the most part and only ~1/3 mile is a dirt road. Normal cars are fine but I'd recommend getting something that's not too low to the ground.

Great location in the mountains. Room for two adults and two kids. Great star gazing at night. Hosts were nice people.
General maintenance on the property, doors didn’t lock, toilet was broken, toilet was clogged on our arrival, appliances didn’t work, insufficient WiFi and internet access, fan didn’t work, included kitchenette-not full kitchen as stated, dirt road to access property was not maintained properly (rental car would bottom out several times per trip). All of these items are fixable, but in the context of my family vacation we opted to leave the property early and find suitable accommodations. We did notify the owner/manager on the second day, when it hadn’t been fixed by the fourth day we packed up and left..

Julien & Nicolas are very nice and welcoming people. They will help you to plan the best way for you to discover Mo'orea. Their place is gorgeous and very well located at a short 10min drive from Cook Bay. You can also go hiking from their place.

Great location quiet and relax
road leading to the place

Beautifully situated bungalows in the middle of the lush green PaoPao valley. Well kept garden and fruit plantations.
The owner/host was very friendly, so energetic and always on his feet and ready to help or answer questions.
I liked the breakfast, but it is definitely something for the sweet-thoothed (jams, pancakes, fresh fruits, vanilla yogurt).
The cold water jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after an exhausting hike.
Mosquito's were less of a problem than what one might expect at this location. Mosquito net was functioning good.
It's quite a drive on that dirt road to get to Village Temanoha. We had a small 4x4, which made it bearable.
