Spacious rooms in a good business location

Very large rooms if you get the corners, large bathrooms with good size walk in showers.

Often guests smoking everywhere in the hotel - leaves a smell of smoke everywhere unsurprisingly enough. Staff seem less than empowered to deal with the issue. Elevators inconveniently placed so can take a while to get up and down to floors.

Better facilities than nearby hotels but for less

Very large rooms for the price and has everything that other hotels on the same street have, bit for less! Good walk in showers and very comfortable beds. Kept my bags for weeks too, and staff were very helpful.

Only downside would probably be the lifts up to the rooms which can take a little time but not too bad.

Fabulous

I liked the spacious room and bed. Also the room with bath tub was amazing.. love it. Quiet and safe location, walking distance to bailuzhou park, also the rotating restaurant. Their buffet breakfast plenty of options!

It seems the room air conditioner is centralized but still reasonable amount of coolness when switched to high.

Location good, rest not very good

Location is good, although with the metro being constructed right in front of the building it is very loud currently. When I arrived the trainee at the front desk tried to be helpful and used an app on her mobile to translate to English. She did not speak English but at least she made an effort to help me out. I liked the area where you can get some coffee and tee and little snacks, but did not like that they were not filled up again.

The rooms are all smoking rooms. Although I asked for a non-smoking room and in the advertisement they clain to have non-smoking rooms there are ashtrays in all the rooms. The first room had a bad odor from smoke so I asked to change the room. They were able to provide another room, however, it smelled just as bad. I gave up after that and assume that it is the same with all other rooms. At the frontdesk nobody speaks English. It was a problem to get an invoice with the company's address at check out. The breakfast room smells bad, dishes were not clean. Fried egg was offered cold. The snacks were not refilled in the self-service area.
