Dichtbij het oude centrum van Krakau, lopend goed te doen, 10 min. Tram stopt nagenoeg voor de deur, waarmee je overal naar toe kan. Ontbijt is in leuk café op 3 min lopen. Schone kamer/appartement.

De kamers aan de straat kant, zijn erg gehorig, qua tram/omgevings geluiden. Omdat het erg warm was buiten toen wij er waren, , moesten wij de ramen open houden, er was geen airco. Alleen een ventilator.

Avoid at any cost!

Good location.

Kingdom of dust and dirt. Also when we asked for partial refund for 200 eur out of 300 for leaving apartment imediatly, the landlord offered 50 eur instead. It is nothing like photos in booking!

Exceptional

Everything was lovely, room was clean, aircon worked well, good location, host was really accomodating. Really good experience

Only slight dislike was that we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with our luggage, the elevator didn’t fit it. However, this is not a huge concern as most places in Europe are like this

Relaxing stay

Great location, management was helpful, clean rooms.

The receptionist was a little rude, this was sorted very quickly though so very pleased with the customer service over all.

Exceptional

Apartment was in a convenient location. Short walk to main square. Plenty of little shops around. Hosts were great at communicating and very responsive to any messages sent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Very reasonably priced too.

Excellent stay, great location!

Apartment was lovely, great location and clean. Communications and instructions very clear, great price too! would stay again!

Superb

Fabulous location, just a short walk to the main square. Fabulous communication as we were due to arrive late, so we had all details to gain entry. The hotel helped with sorting out taxis both there and going back to the airport. We emailed and asked advice about a few things and they were very helpful.

Great experience. Perfect for short get aways!

The room was done up really nice. Super clean and perfect size. The owners were really kind and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the krakow old town. Amazing near by cafes to eat and some great restaurants to have authentic Polish food.

Great accommodation. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again. In fact cannot wait to come back!!

good location, nice rooms, friendly staff

location is central, most places are walkable. rooms are clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the lift on the property is from another generation and tbh doesn’t seem safe. since we had a big suitcase we had to use it and didn’t use it again. our booking was modified since breakfast was not available. I think this can be arranged easily by the hotel. they did send me a list of cafes nearby. I still mention since I picked a hotel with breakfast since it helps on cold winter days.

Overall good place, I recommend.

Very nice property in great location. It looks nice and clean, have lots of facilities like iron or microwave. Easy to get somewhere in Krakow, near town square and lots of shops around.

I was hitting my head on the ceiling everytime I was getting up from bed. Also the pillows were very flat and the blind was missing in the window so we had problems sleeping at night.

Easy access to the old town. Room was clean and comfortable. Welcoming reception upstairs Good value for money

Pretty much a good place to stay. Lots of steps up to the main reception. Tea/coffee would be better in the room- You had to make in the reception area. Otherwise good stay
