The master suite off the living area features a king bed, a built-in desk area and private soundside deck with views of the sound and the Ocracoke ferry. Four luxurious king master bedrooms with private baths, spacious closets, 10 ft. ceilings, flat screen TVs and access to ocean and sound view decks occupy the second floor along with the double laundry.

Stepping down to the ground level, the game room offers an abundance of entertainment options with a large flat screen TV, seven foot pool table, foosball, expansive kitchenette featuring full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stand-alone ice machine and a convenient half bath. The separate theater room features a large screen and real theater seating to watch Netflix movies in style after a long day at the beach. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
