Lovely stay at L’Esplai!

We had an exceptional stay at L’Esplai Valencia. Beautifully decorated and appointed rooms, lobby and breakfast area, impeccably clean, quiet rooms, comfy bed and linens. Lovely welcoming hosts. Perfect location, adjacent to Plaza de la Reina, Cathedral, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend L’Esplai.

Fantástica estancia a repetir

Unicacion excelente y agradable habitacion con luz

La ducha dispone de tapon, que si bien hay papel avisando en pared (de color blanco como la pared y queda difuminado) saltó el agua al suelo del baño mojandose todo. No entendimos la funcion del tapon que no suele haber en dicho tipo de duchas

The most fantastic stay at L’esplai! Would recommend to everyone

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at l’esplai! The location was amazing, so central and close to everything you could need in the city (but also quiet!)- also very well located with buses and bike stations. The room was perfectly clean and the AC worked great to keep us cool in the height of summer. in addition, Africa was so hospitable and helpful giving us details and recommendations about the city. All round our stay was perfect and would recommend to anyone going to Valencia!

an unexpected superb experience

Spotless clean, efficient check-in/out Safe neighbourhood Located in the heart of the old town but you won’t be bothered by noises in midnight. It’s my first time in Valencia and it’s quite humid for me. Thanks to the AC, I could sleep well and was able to dry my towels overnight The B & B kept the original ceiling height and solid wood front door while upgrades the interior with an authentic modern design Though the balcony in the twin-bed room could not fit chairs, I enjoyed standing on the balcony first thing in the morning to do some people watching there are cafes and restaurants (too many options) and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the central market Africa, the host, was super considerate and helpful. Definitely will book this property again for my future visit

Excellent location, clean and secure access. The excellent staff made us feel very welcome.

Would have liked a cup of English breakfast tea and milk to have been included in the drink selection.

Valencia experience

Location was good . Africa was very nice person room was clean .

Arrangrement for shower wasn´t ideal water was leaking from shower to whole bathroom area . Close to front door of apartment was 5 big city garbage container and every night 12-1 am and early morning was garbage collection and it was really noisy.

A very comfortable homely feel.

The room was exceptional period decoration with balconies - very comfortable beautiful and clean. The staff were more than helpful in providing information on where to visit in my time there.

the decor and ambience were outstanding Africa our host did her upmost to accommodate our every comfort- she was so helpful and gave us such good advice about Valencia’s sights- Africa provided the most warm and lovely personal touch to our holiday- a delightful place to stay!

Look no further for excellent and affordable accommodation in the best part of Valencia

the location was excellent and we enjoyed the spaciousness the AC and elevator and nicely equipped kitchen. Sergio was fantastic and provided excellent customer service above and beyond satisfied!

the couch should be replaced soon and the construction in street was distracting but that is no fault of the property.

Lovely stay in Valencia!

It was a lovely stay, the hotel is located in central Valencia, walking distance from the train station and bus stops, convenient to get around. The room was clean, spacious and charming. The hosts Sergio and Africa made the stay extra special with their friendly service and great tips which made my stay even more memorable. Thank you for the great service, highly recommended! :)

Room was super cosy, beautiful and location couldn't be better. Building itself was nce also. I got lots of friendly help from the host. There was a lift in the building, in case You can't use stairs. Really central and close to cafes, restaurants, markets, museums etc. Recommend!

Great location. Clean & cosy appartment in the heart of beautiful and lively Valencia. The hosts, África and Sergio, are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit it again soon.
