Na pewno nie wrócę

Apartament stary, nie odnowiony, w łazience odpadające uchwyty na papier, ręcznik. Klimatyzacja jedna tylko w przedpokoju (apartament z 3 sypialniami i kuchnią) więc nie dawała rady ochłodzić całego apartamentu i musieliśmy się ratować przeciągiem otwierając wszystkie okna. W samym apartamencie bardzo głośno (znajdował się przy restauracji hotelowej) pracownicy do późnych godzin nocnych hałasowali rzucanie i stukanie garnkami, sztućcami. Od samego rana powtórka z hałasem w kuchni restauracji, nie było szans żeby dłużej odpocząć i pospać. Ponadto robiono jakiś remont coś z tv kablową od samego rana stukanie, wiercenie, nawet w momencie kiedy pracownicy widzieli, że usiedliśmy na tarasie i jedliśmy śniadanie przyszli z Panią z recepcji i chcieli w naszym apartamencie robić prace związane z TV. Udało nam się przekonać, żeby przyszli za jakiś czas i dali spokojnie skończyć. Jedynym plusem była odległość do bazy i basen.

Great for kiteboarders and vey close to Trapani airport

Great complex right on the sea for the kiteboarding and other water sport. Start of the season so not much open in the surrounding areas, but the service was great. Rooms decent and well decorated.

Small point, beds were a bit soft.

Die Lage, schön eingerichtete Terrasse

Das Bad ist sehr abgelebt, WC Brille kaputt, nach dem Duschen ist der Boden nass da die Abtrennung nicht dicht ist und überall Wasser heraus läuft. Es richt dann muffig. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber nicht gemütlich. Statt der Wärmekabine wäre ein gemütliches Sofa super.

Overall it was great and I will recommend it especially for a family trip, we will probably return next year.

The rooms are big and have outdoor space which is great for summer. Views are amazing, staff are friendly, the pool is great size and the breakfast with a sea view is a plus. Very accommodating if travelling with babies as they give you a cot at not additional price.

It lacks a bit of information about where to go to the sea if not doing windsurf and about the activities they offer. Cleanliness overall was good but our toilet was a bit dirty.

Perfect stay to relax and kitesurf

clean room. perfect location for kitesurfing. friendly staff. good restaurant.

The balcony of the room is very small, so not really a comfortable place to chill. Apart from kitesurfing there is not much to do in the near area. So you definitevely need a car if you for example want to go dining somewhere outside the hotel.

Disappointing

Nice relaxed resort

I was there for business and needed help getting taxis back and forth from airport snd trapani..I may have booked wrong hotel/location for this. But felt like any request I had was irritating to staff although my check in was pleasant. .wasn't a particularly comfortable stay for this reason.

Location is great, nice pool and waterside facilities. Nice breakfast. Spacious room for a family. Crib waiting for us.

We arrived late in the evening. It was very hot in the room and the air conditioner wasn't on when we arrived. The air in the room was stifling. We had to open the window which didn't have screens. So a lot of mosquitos came in and my son in particular was bitten a lot and none of us slept much that night given the amount of mosquitos in the room. We informed the staff and didn't get much of a response. The resort was otherwise great, it just would have been nice to have the room better prepared for our arrival and/or some screen door in the room so we could get some fresh air without the mosquitos.

The facilities, the views, and the position. it has a very nice restaurant to see the sunset

The service was awful. First person in the reception had asked waiting 15 minutes while he was on a call for a future. I think he should first take care of the clients that arrive. the same happened during check out … The breakfast was very bad. everything was industrial, including the juice, and they didn’t have a vegan/vegetarian or gluten-free option.

amazing location, rest could be better. overall good stay for the price paid

position is simply the best you can get if you want to see the lagoon and if you’re there to kitesurf

some things could be improved (water in the shower didn’t flow, spaces in the room were not organized at best to organize lugges and clothes)

The place has a perfect location if you are there for kitesurfing. Also is very comfortable for the equipment. Nice breakfast right next to the pool with a cappuccino, fresh fruits and croisssants.

Pleasant

Breakfast was fine for €6. The access to the beach/kite spot was perfect. The room was generously sized and the bed comfortable. We had a balcony terrace which had a lovely view. The pool was also very nice, and looked clean.

The bathroom was a big let down for an other wise great stay. Badly designed, very grubby and the shower was very temperamental, moving between scalding and icy for no reason.

For the prize we payed, we expected more.

The resort is right at the kite beach which is perfect. There is also a big lawn where you can clean the kites and gear.

For that price, the apartment was very poor and cheep. The bathroom and shower are not in a good shape. The fuse shorted out a couple of times. The kitchen inventory is rather minimalistic. The staff at the reception were acting indifferent and like they don't care how our stay is (No question about how our stay was or if everything was ok). Sheets and towels are only replaced once a week and will have to be changed on your own. There is no cleaning whatsover during the whole stay.

Good value for money, but some improvement requested on animals handling...

close to Alby Rondina Kiteschool, decent parking lot with cameras & gate for security, big rooms and big terrace. Kitchen was decently equipped and in acceptable condition.

One of the young ladies at the Desk did not seem to care for the well being of the numerous wild cats living around the property. : not our problem, as she said.... This is an issue since (1) most kiters are successfull/ affluent people and hence mentally evolved and thus do know that one can rate the development of aSsociety by the way it handles its fauna / animals... (2) if youngsters can not be wiser than older generations, then Sicily is really going down and down and down... (3) cats protect the compound / gardens against rats which are a plague in Sicily since locals throw garbage bags everywhere on the streets and along roads.... So I would really appreciate the hotel staff to understand and act : stray cats & dogs need castration / sterilization as a means of management ....( and also a bowl of water in sucha dry and hot climate...cats need it dramatically ).
