Beautiful home and garden with great hospitality. you feel there as at home. There is special place to wash and dry all your kite equipment. Fresh and tasty breakfasts and if you lucky you can hear owner playing guitar and taste amazing cake baked by his wife. Hope to come back soon!

I will be back

My stay was perfect! The room is clean and tidy. The staff are extremely nice and helpful They have bikes to go around the area. The breakfast is great too. Will definitely come back

Perfect place to stay if you want to go kiteboarding or explore the countryside.

Perfect for kiteboarding. You can wash and let you gear dry at the back yard. The breakfast was so plentiful that we could skip the lunch and we ate only dinner in the evening. The host made us even some apple pie.

Damp room, needs to be fitter with a dehumidifier or dried out. Perhaps previous visitors have been storing wet kitesurf

What an incredible find for my partner and I as we were learning to kite surf. Giovanni was amazing from the start, knowledgeable, generous and fun learn about the area with. He went out of his way to book us a wine tour and always made sure we had what we needed. We would definitely return.

Wonderful!

The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with both local savory and sweet options. And the two men running the place are super welcoming and helpful. I would (and will) recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in this area.

The location was just great - we very much enjoyed the peace of the garden, and the homely feeling. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

There is nothing at all I could possibly complain about, as all our needs were met. If I have to be picky, perhaps the breakfast buffet could have been a little more varied? But it was great anyway.

Ideal kitesurf destination

Perfect place to stay if you’re kitesurfing in Stagnone - lovely little B&B with convenient facilities, delicious breakfast, free parking, helpful staff, short walking distance to the shallow end of the kite lagoon - we’ll be back!

Very friendly hosts anf helped arrange a driver when i was stuck late ay night ib Trapani. Appreciated the extra juice and snacks that were available throughout the day. The free bike was great to get to the shop and kite surfing spot. All in all highly recommended.

Very nice location, walking distance to the kite spot. Rooms very clean and quiet. Garden furnished for relaxing, Excellent breakfast. Coffee and snaks available all day. Also fridge and kitchen utensilies. Private parking. Overall, just perfect.

Amazing place and perfect location for kiting!

The place is very clam and agreeable to stay in. The garden is really nice and well arranged. The breakfast is very good and the hosts very nice and happy to help with any question.

It would have been nice if there was less consumables but this might be due to the covid situation which obliged the presence of as many packaged things as possible.

It was overall great. The staff was nice (mainly Emilia who speaks English and she was always there to help), very nice place, snacks were available during the whole day, filtered water on the tap and shared fridge. The location is great for kiters but otherwise there is not much to do so car is needed. You can also borrow bikes at the accommodation for free to get you to the nearest train stop or to the beaches (bikes are old but serve the purpose).

A place to relax

Emilia was an amazing host! She gave us all the right information for Marsala, Trapani and also for Palermo which was our next stop. The room was very neat, clean with all the necessary amenities for us. Also, the breakfast was amazing, served in the garden! Definitely worth staying!

We chose to stay at Stagnone area zero as it seemed ideal for our kitesurfing holidays. Emilia welcomed us at the place and she was very polite and helpful with anything we needed. The atmosphere and staff made us feel like home from the first minute. The location is perfect and the place is brilliant with beautiful gardens around the premises. The rooms were very beautiful and super clean . We had also a delicious breakfast every morning . We definitely recommend the place! And will definitely go back!

Very nice location if you want to be near the kite spot (walking distance) and still have a quiet place to relax in the garden. Excellent breakfast with a large choice and the best coffée. Fridge for the guests. Private parking.

BEST place to stay im Birgi

Everything! Emilia and her father are absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best it could be. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are large, beautifully decorated and comfortable. 5min bike ride / 10min walk from all the kite schools in the area.

Perfect spot.

Emilia and her family are super welcoming. The place is splendid, spotlessly clean with a lovely breakfast. I'll be back. Car parking and bicycles are available.
