Struttura molto bella e ben curata. Molto bella l’area piscina e la piscina stessa. Camere accoglienti e ottime pulizie. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere in auto le varie mete turistiche della zona

A great location not valued enough

Location is great with the huge garden which is maintained to perfection. Guys working at the reception were always kind and available for every need we had. Apartment was super clean.

Equipment in the apartment was not enough for a long stay. There was only a table so you either used it inside or outside. Or you had to move it where you wanted to use it. There are no shelves or places where you can pit your things. We had to open one of the murphy beds so that we could have an additional surface. Kitchen had only the barr minimum equipment. Forget to cook a full meal there as there are not enough pans or tools. The place is full of mosquitos but there's nothing to fight them, so bring your own things. This is probably the biggest consequence when such location is managed by a company: it felt a bit septic

Beautiful view in remote location. Very simple apartment in a nice complex.

The property is super nice with the best view and relaxed garden with big pool. The room is also quite spacious. It was very quiet and peaceful area.

The setting in the room is a bit random, very few furniture, not in the best condition. Please note that there is no sofa or living room furniture. The bed is also not the best. The rooms are not sound-proof, you can hear neighbours very well. There were also few homeless cats who were very annoying. Overall we spent a lot of time outside the property so these things weren’t a huge problem for us.

Localisation

Bedroom standing wasn’t the same standing than on our Booking reservation(we booked an appartement based on the pictures shown but pictures were actually a sea view bedroom!) As a result, balcony was too small, beds were not even made when we arrived at 4pm, neither the baby bed was in the room event though we asked for it several time before our arrival. Nobody was able to help us properly regarding the appartement… customer service is really poor unfortunately

Superb

The location is wonderful, the vegetation around it gives the property a beautiful landscape. Everything was very clean, the rooms were well equiped and nothing was missing. Beaches were 10 to 15 minutes by car (we recommend coming by car here) in case we did not want to move we had the pool which was great. Big parking place which should suffice even if the propeety would be fully occupied.

Everything was good, maybe just a couple of suggestions for room 109: - for other gueests: we booked a room without its own terrace and we realised it would have been very useful to have our own to dry towels and swimsuits. We had access to the downstairs terrace which is not really comfortable to reach and is shared. - recommendation for our room: thw skylight window is a very nice touch but it would be uswful to have the possibility to cover it. In the morning when waking up or during afternoon sleep the sunlight is very strong which is not very comfortable.

our room was very dark, walls and the vibe in the room were a bit off, it looked like it needed a refreshment and renovation. also the bathroom shower cabin was a bit rusty and dirty in places

The exterior and the view of the swimming pool is amazing!

The room don’t have enough natural light. The quality of the furniture is low, the room didn’t have a proper lamp. It didn’t have a comfortable sofa.

Very relaxing, good value, easy access to beaches etc.

Friendly, helpful staff with reasonable English. Excellent parking and swimming pool facilities, quiet, relaxing location.. Need a car, but access to the nearest town easy and around 10 mins away - town also has excellent beaches & restaurants. The accomodation is self-catering but good supermarkets in town also. Other tourist attractions are 15 - 45 mins away by car, Palermo airport around 40 minutes. If you want a beach-side holiday, this is not the place - but great if you want relaxation & tourist attractions.

Some of the furniture and outside accessories could do with a bit of upgrading - showing signs of wear and tear but still good value for money.

I don’t know why my room was called with the “see view” while the room was at the ground floor without view to the see AT ALL… Maybe the rooms located at the 1st floor have “see view” but I doubt , that was confusing because while booking it attracted my attention, so I booked for the room with the see view and I did't have it, so to be clear there is not room with the “see view” The room rather dark as on the ground floor, the terrace not very privet as everybody walks just in front of you…. We were asked to check out at 10.00 (and stayed at the swimming pool until 2.pm, until this hour we haven’t seen nobody coming to clean our room, a bit of flexibility would be appreciated, why to chase us out of the room at 10 am and to keep the room empty waiting for cleaning until at least 2.pm, I can understand that if there is a cleaning service coming at 10 am the room needs to be empty, but in my case it was irrational, we could have sleep a bit longer – it’s a holiday

The location was perfect. The view at the pool and from the appartement was perfect.

The WiFi was not good. The playground for the kids was not clean. One host was not so helpfull the other one was good. The bar at the pool was not open. No cleaning in the appartement while we stay almost 2 weeks.

Clean, spacious apartment, amazing view to garden, pool and mountains. Pool and sunbeds were nice as well as the playground for kids. It was quiet place too. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property but poor room for price

The location, gardens and pool are exceptional. The communal areas were kept extremely clean and neat and the view from the pool is really special. We were able to book an excellent excursion through the very helpful lady on reception.

Unfortunately our room was not comfortable. The bed is placed right next to the door and against a very thin wall, so we were woken up every time a door was opened or people spoke in the communal hall. As others have said, the apartment was badly equipped for this price point. One fork, one knife, one water glass, one plate etc. per person is ridiculous for a holiday home, and providing half a toilet roll for an entire week’s stay is stingy in the extreme. I wouldn’t recommend based on this.

1. the view is really good from the balcony 2. the size of the apartment is quite decent 3. location not bad, a quiet area, 15 mins to the town center.

1. there's no wine glasses 2. there's nothing provided by the apartment hotel, you need to buy basic stuff like garbage bags, salt and oil. 3. no washing machine or dish washer

Big new apartments. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool.

Minor - no shade around the swimming pool, no sun umbrellas, to find refuge from the heat of the sun you need to take your sunbed under the trees. In the room there is no couch or armchairs - only table chairs.
