Clean, restaurant facilities and attractive rooms.
All good

Location was good with a nice bakery/ coffee shop adjacent
Room was very small and basic with a bathroom in the room with ill fitting glass doors and a fan that was so loud you could not turn the light on. Dead cockroach on the floor and little black bugs all over the kitchen area and the beds. A sign in the bathroom telling us not to steal the fridge or microwave as it would be charged to our credit card. Did not feel clean and we were glad to leave. Could not report the insect infestation to reception as it was unattended when we checked out. Very overpriced at nearly $200 a night - most motels we have stayed in have been much nicer.

The room was perfect. I love what you've done with the renovations. The decor is really nice. I was very impressed.
There were 2 things that I would like to mention
1. The TV kept popping back on - screen lit up - even after I had turned it off. Happened a few times.
2. There was a draft in the room & I found it a bit cold. It was an unusually cold night though after we had had several hot days & nights.

Room was quite small

Staff were friendly. Easy parking.
The room was very small. The shower had no pressure, the water trickled out and took a long time to become warm. The sink/basin was dirty with brown marks. The bed mattress was a bit saggy.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe Queen room on the first floor. The room had its own bathroom and a small kitchenette room in addition to the small bedroom. The room room quiet & bed was comfortable.

Renovated beautifully, rooms are small but great.
Sounds picky but no teaspoons or hand towels

Good location and plenty of food options nearby.
There is no opening window and the full time air circulation produced a constant cold section in the room under the vent.
I am glad the wall switch for the TV was easily accessible. After switching out lights and going to bed the TV switched on promoting some streaming service.

Good location
Pictures when booking looked great and were obviously the renovated rooms above the pub but we were unfortunately stuck in the back block in the disabled access room. Bathroom door didn’t even close let alone have a lock. Very average when paying the same price for the nicer newer rooms.
