The atmosphere of the hotel is very cozy. Nicely furnished and decorated. We were among the first guests of the season, so there was a slight issue with getting hot water pumped up to the third floor. But the staff had it fixed right away.
The big and wonderful surprise was the exceptional breakfast with an amazing selection of home made cakes and pies, four different ways to make coffee and a huge selection of good tea.
All the staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a great stay
There's a school next door, and the kids were quite loud early in the morning

The host was great and the home made breakfast done every day is amazing. You can find cakes, biscuits, jams all home made and even the orange juice comes from the garden of the property. Rooms are nice and clean. Recommended!

The hotel is really cozy, it feels more like a big family mansion. They do have some nice dogs and private parking and very tasty home cooked breakfast. Also received a very nice recommendation for dinner.
It was a bit difficult to understand each other with the hotel staff as English was not their strong side

perfect hotel! big, spotlessly clean, modern rooms with brandnew kingsize beds, superfriendly and caring stuff, breakfast with at least 10 times the different varieties you can possibly eat! tavern on other side of the street also very good and friendly! beach short car-trip away. for people with car perfect hotel for daytrips!
nothing... this hotel directly on the beach would be the ultimate hotel

Unique breakfast, excellent quality and variety. All fresh and baked with attention and love. The best way to start your day! Room was very spacious, comfortable with very cozy but modern decoration.
Due to high season, the street is crowded and it was a little noisy during nighttime. if you want peace, ask for a room at the back.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had in the hotels.

I was warmly greeted as I entered this hotel. I was told that they were upgrading me to a better and more spacious room for few nights. This hotel has a great decoration in every floor and room, that is unique. Rooms are well prepared, handmade soaps and amenities. Bathroom had a tub, new shower heads and nice blue mosaic tiles. Bed was ultra comfortable with new mattress, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the bed was silent even when I tossed and turned on it.
Cleaning was conducted every day, what I like as this is something that is considered as quest hospitality.
Breakfast is something you cannot simply miss, as it's the most important meal of your day.....cakes, bread, pies, eggs, fruits...coffee, tea...everything you need.
When you are here...you are taken care of in the best way possible, be sure to sit down in the living room and chat with friendly staff...relax, be like you would be at home.

By far the most charming place we stayed during our two week trip through Peloponnese. The whole aesthetics of the place is a amazing. Around every corner is a new treasure, as though is was the setting of Out of Africa (My African Farm) and we felt part of the adventure sipping g&t's in the vast living room and on the porch surrounded by lush plants. Last but not least; They had the most tasteful, homemade, local and fresh breakfast spread. The bread, the yogurt, pies, fruits and too many cakes to try. I highly recommend this place!

Breakfast was excellent. A huge choice of home made pies and cakes plus cooked breakfast, yoghurts, fruit, bread, jams. The sweet pie and the apple and cinnamon cake were superb.
Rooms were spacious and clean. We had two rooms with an adjoining door.
Bathroom water pressure in bath and shower was weak. Shower fixing on the wall was broken so had to hold the shower head in the shower. Rooms and bathrooms a bit "tired" and in need of upgrading. However, our stay was fine for one night.

Breakfast exceptional, fresh and home made pastry and cakes.
The decoration with a special good taste of the owner.

A great welcome. A choice of rooms. A tea tray loaded with cakes. A brilliant breakfast
Nothing. Doesn’t look special from the outside but it is a great place to stay.
