El cuarto es excelente y los restaurantes también

Mi cuarto ya estaba pre-pagado y al llegar me pidieron la tarjeta con la que se hizo el cargo. Como no la tenía tuve que mostrar un estado de cuenta bancario. El check in fue muy lento y complicado

Lovely Hotel

Four Seasons це Любов! Неперевершений вид на місто! Сервіс на найвищому рівні, всі дуже привітні та усміхнені! Басейн відвідували рано вранці, всеодно прокидались рано через зміну часового поясу, було дуже комфортно і зовсім мало людей! Чудові сніданки, великий вибір страв на різні смаки, моє улюблене - дімсами з креветками))) А також дуже смачні смузі. Також сподобався Японський ресторан. Приємний бонус від готелю перед сном патчі під очі, це вау! Для туриcтичної прогулянки - неподалік є палац Gyeongbokgung, далі можна дійти до Bukchon Hanok Village, а ввечері обов'язково погуляти, пошопитись і скуштувати місцевий стрітфуд на Myeong-dong. Я б однозначно рекомендувала зупинитись в Four Seasons хоча б на кілька ночей!

The Four Seasons made our Seoul stay perfect.

Everything was excellent! The location was accessible but not in a crowded area. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. We dined at Boccalino, Maru, and Akira Beck and had breakfast at the Marketplace and each restaurant offered distinct, very tasty, and well-crafted dishes. The masseuses at the spa were very good. The gym was well-equipped. Most importantly, all the staff were courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful from booking our stay to our departure.

Fantastic - concierge was brilliant.

Airport pick up - great driving and car. Check in - greeted at hotel and check in performed in the hotel room. We used the hotel transport service to take us to/from restaurants and a wedding - always great service. Gym was excellent. Room - great views. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Excellent stay.

Comfort, luxury and location. with a great staff.

Super helpful staff. Great room, attention to detail I expect from 4 Seasons. Hard to beat.

they had some trouble getting reservations specifically at the Leeum museum and some of the good Barbecue restaurants. I was surprised.

I Didn’t expect anything else than excellence and Four Seasons always deliver. A special thanks to the Bartenders at Charles H. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for.

Loved the room and the view over Seoul. As 2 single women it was great to have the 2 double beds and the twin sinks in the bathroom. We loved Jai and Dawn. Can we take them to the UK?

No milk in the tea / coffee making facilities. Told to go to a convenience store down the street.

average stay. not impressed with the service. the staff oy knows how to smile. poor service

clean rooms.

the staff and the hotel policy is not flexible and do not adapt to the client’s situation. on the check out day, in the morning we asked to take away in the special take away baskets or container some snacks from breakfast to go as we were travelling back home. but we were said that it is prohibited. honestly, we have never ever in our stays at 5 star hotels experienced such a problem like we did at this hotel! all 5 star hotels accommodate snacks to go according to the guest’s request. even booking table at the restaurant in the hotel is a problem for stay in guests! guests staying at the hotel are always priority when it comes to book a table at the restaurant.
