Hospedagem maravilhosa em Boca Chica!

Escolhemos pela localização e pela vista, ambos são espetaculares! O apartamento é maravilhoso, quartos confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, todos atenciosos e sempre nos dando dicas. Acabamos indo no restaurante St Tropez que é do grupo Vista Marina, comida boa, atendimento ótimo e praia maravilhosa!! Sem dúvida vamos voltar!!

Nada, foi tudo maravilhoso! Pena que ficamos apenas um dia.

Not well maintained. Not enough lighting. And curtains or provacy.

It was next to restaurants

The toilet was clogged. The rooms were too dark. I couldn’t put my makeup for a wedding which was the purpose of my stay. The bathroom had no curtains. People could see you from outside.

Iv'e stayed in Boca Chica many times, at many hotels, and Vista Marina is by far my favorite.

From checkin and during my 5 night stay everything was great. The staff is friendly, and this is my favorite hotel in Boca Chica. Iv'e stayed here many time, and the accommodations are excellent

Quiet peaceful Stay

This was a 4 day trip getaway as a couple. This residence is located around other residencials at Boca Chica.The security is top-notch. Felt very secured walking around in the night. There's a 24-hour security onsite. If you order takeout, you have to go downstairs and pick it up outside the residential. We had to walk about 15-20 minutes to get to a nice Colmado and get some fritura food to eat. Just be advised that if you don't have a car it be kind of complicated to move around. The residential it's self has a nice pool located on the 2nd floor. The water is nice and warm A+. The apartment was very clean. I just felt like the bed could have been better, more comfortable, and supportive. If you needed room service, you had to leave the key by reception. Let them know you wanted the garbage picked up and clean towels.etc etc. The AC worked great A+. It's a very nice and quiet area so if you want to relax this is the place. Party and loud music, then this would not be your location to stay. Hope my review helps. Also the receptionist who works in the morning and night shift. Very nice girls. Balcony was nice. I expected a little better view and better seats, but it's ok.

The bathroom could be more upgraded. You have to be careful turning it on makesure you don't burn since the hot water could come down. You have to babysit it before you go in there lol The bed could be much better, better mattress and supportive. Kitchen utensils and stove need to be more upgraded. I had a coffee greca without any handle.

Great loft residence at an excellent price point

Excellent loft design. Well decorated. Super friendly staff at the reception. Full security, delivery not allowed to go up to rooms but will be brought in by the reception personnel. Very functional wifi, nice TV with lots of channels. Exercise room with gym equipment in pool area. Very comfortable bed. Free parking. Within walking distance to everywhere you want to be. But you need to act safely, especially going out at night, when it is advisable to take a taxi.

Would have been nice to have a couple of small bottles of water and a welcome coffee kit to make coffee on your first morning. Guests were not respecting the rules about not going in with wet clothing into the elevator. A suggestion - May need to reinforce the rule with some kind of a penalty deposit (i.e. all guests deposit a certain amount like $25.00 and those who violate the rules as verified by security cameras, will have their deposit forfeited, while others will have it reimbursed).

Good place to stay if you want to Visit Boca Chica

Great apartments with everything you need and a view across the ocean. Very friendly and accommodating staff and reception. A well run establishment with comfortable and homely apartments.

The property was good, no complaints but for me Boca Chica misses the mark. Not really a beach more a bay and the private beach access, though very appreciated was really access to the bay via a restaurant, not the sand and sun lounges you would normally expect at a beach. Dominican Republic has some truely stunning beach towns, but i would include this town on that list.

The apartment was huge and the staff were really helpful but didn’t speak any English.

The construction noise at 8 am non stop. The view was really bad. I don’t recommend going to the restaurant of the hotel. It is very expensive and the food is bad. There is no water to drink in the apartment. This was a big problem for us because we arrived 1 am. Not even a machine in the building selling water.

Well-designed and pleasant self-contained development with a lovely pool. Quiet. Far enough away to ignore the squalor of central Boca Chica. Friendly staff. Clean

I stayed three years ago and there seems to have been little maintenance since then. Showers and taps need a scrub. Little hot water in shower.

Very comfy place with a great view , Annie was friendly and helpful . Luisanna at front desk made the Xtra effort to accommodate my needs , I'll be back ...nice place

Small upkeep details bath towels hangers missing , kitchen towels for cleaning..greca needed replaced ... but all good with staff assistance

For the price it was worth it, there's alot they could do to make it more attractive esthetically.

I loved the price. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, made us feel right at home.

The problem was that our toilet didn't work for 3 days straight and no once came to fix it and I had to call about it twice. The second reservation that I made the staff confused me and my husband about whether or not we had to move rooms on the last day and also the price kept changing. The 1st night there was a big lizard 🦎 on the wall and we never got him out, nor did the staff when I made them aware. There aren't any fire alarms nor any carbon monoxide detectors. I wish they would have offered a discounted rate or a refund for one of the nights.

This was our 4th, maybe 5th stay, I forget. The location is excellent as well as the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. This is our choice to stay when vacationing in Boca Chica. If something is missing, we talk to the receptionist on duty and the issue is ALWAYS taken care of sooner than I expect in the Dominican Republic.

The bed was a little to hard but acceptable. Power outages, as expected, but they're not really a fault of the property. Fortunately the power outages were limited to only one day, yes, another surprise there, too.

Luke everything, nothing as what it seems im Boca chica. No WiFi, no cable. Fridge barely worked. Staff spoke lil English. Didn’t really care for guests. I would stay at many other places before here.

Room very bright and a studio with a balcony was really enjoyable with view on the sea. Perfect to spend 1 or 2 days away from the crowded Boca Chica beach but not too far either and perfect before flying out

We were mistakenly checked in in a room which was not ours. As we were celebrating in a restaurant nearby the receptionist came to get us as we were just starting to unwind and relax for my last day holiday. This was a bit awkward. Yet, they patiented until we had finished our meal to relocate us in our room and the welcome was perfect.

Beautiful view - but for the price they really need to update this place. It is not worth the cost.

The view of the beach was spectacular.

Rooms were old and worn. Rust and cracked tile and bathroom was just not nice. Old and rusty. Linen was also old and not nice.

NEVER GOING TO STAY HERE EVER AGAIN AFTER 10 PLUS STAYS I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE

leaving i have stayed here for 6 years over 10 stays and the place has turned into a filth pit.

..way way overpriced i wouldnt pay $50 dollars to stay there ...the stove top burners were all rusty (i took pictures) all the pots and pans and glasses all filty (took pictures) the kitchen bathroom and shower faucet were disgusting (i took pictures) The bed was 2 sizes too small for frame so you hasd to jump or be careful getting out or into and we both hit our knees several times (i took pictures the staff one girl in particular would stand in front of entrance while we were carrying items and we had to ask her to move and she looked upset because of that..Also check your credit card they charge more than booking.com price

Another great week's vacation in the Dominican Republic on a par with our April 2021 and August 2021

This was our 3rd stay at Vista Marina and it was very enjoyable. Location was acceptable as we already knew. View was not an issue although there really wasn't much of one. In fact we really didn't pay attention to that. The rooms were comfortable as we already expected. The staff was extremely helpful and very tolerant of my Fiance's 3 year old daughter. We're looking at booking 2 weeks in April 2022 when we have our wedding planned although the cost might be prohibitive as it's double what I've priced other places at in the same basic area.

The parking lot, in my opinion, flat sucks. The grass strips between the paved parts makes it very difficult to park properly and also very easy to unintentionally hit something when needing to accelerate slightly to overcome the gaps.
