Superó mis expectativas

La atención del personal súper excelente desde maleteros hasta los bartender y todos una chica muy servicial y amable Esther una bartender muy buena y los animadores igual

No recomendable como resort solo la playa es buena

La playa y el agua del mar porque es de origen natural !

La comida nefasta, poca variedad y mala calidad. Toda con moscas en el bufet. Tuvimos que ir a comer a restaurantes del lado. Las bebidas malísimas, a excepción de la cerveza que salía del tirador. Las habitaciones muy pobres y lavabo anticuado, un 4o piso sin ascensor. Solo dos botellas de agua en la habitación (que decía pide las tuyas en nuestros bares, y es mentira no dan botella de agua. El personal bastante antipático, y mal servicio en general. A excepción del personal de recepción.

Staff was nice

The room was unpleasant, the red floor colored my shoes, the chairs was dirty, behind the bed head was dirty, the sheet had holes, the slide door could not lock, the fridge was not in a good condition, there were insects in the cereal, not a lot of food options to choose from,

La Disponibilidad del Parqueo El Check In (El Desorden) Algunos (No todos porque si hubieron muy decentes) del personal, si no ofrecias propinas te atendían de mal gusto. Variedad de las Bebidas. La Falta de Limpieza en las Piscinas (Aunque hay que Reconocer que con los Árboles muchas hojas Caídas)

El desayuno más o menos pero se repite lo mismo 🤦🏽‍♀️, casi en todo , la comida estaba bien 👍🏼,

Hay que dar 1000 peso de depósito para una tuallas, para usarla en la piscina 🙄

Muy bueno sencillo y económico para pasar un fin de semana agradable y con todo incluido está espectacular... en agua de la playa súper clarita... y el área de la piscina muy agradable también.

Pomimo problemów z pokojem było ok

Lokalizacja na plus, hotel przy płazy. Jedzenie w miarę urozmaicone. Niestety w hotelu dużo usterek, które bezpośrednio wpływały na jakość pobytu. Z klimatyzacji lała się woda, cały pokój był zalany a personel nie reagował . Dopiero kontakt z managerem spowodował, że zainteresowali się problemem. Manager bardzo miły i pomocny ale obsługa hotelu niestety już nie. W pokojach brakowało pościeli, czasem ręczników. Po wymianie pokoju ( 3 dni to trwało) dostaliśmy pokój gdzie lała się woda z odpływu umywalki i znowu była kałuża w pokoju

Hotel przy plaży, jedzenie na plus. Miły manager ale niestety nie bardzo miał wpływ na prace pozostałych pracowników.

kurzer, aber schöner aufenthalt in der belebte stadt von boca chica, das hotel ist cool für ein kurzer stopp, sehr schön

sehr nettes personal! hilfsbereit! hotel befindet sich in super zentraler lage direkt am strand, zu fuss ist alles gut erreichbar.

die hoteleinrichtung ein bisschen datiert, sonst alles ok 👍

NO PIERDAS TU DINERO!!

Lo mejor fue la atención del personal.

Habitaciones sin agua y cuando había, la presión era minima, griferias de baño rotas puerta principal sin seguro (abria sin pasar la tarjeta), cucarachas en la zona del buffet, mal olor en todo el restaurant, toallas y ropa de cama con mal olor, habitaciones con filtraciones y olor a humedad por todos lados, colchones y muebles muy viejos, habitaciones a tope de mosquitos. Comida en mal estado, una sola piscina de niños, bar de snacks y restaurant para todo el hotel.

La comida estuvo muy rica y la piscina las camitas en la playa todo excelente.

Los tragos eran con mucho alcohol, y el show no fue muy entretenido.

Leaking ACs in different rooms

the beach was nice

we had to move 4 times from room, not easy with a child and many suitcases. In the first room the ceiling was leaking, in the other 3 rooms the AC was leaking a lotttt of water. At the end we got a room without leaking AC, but it was hard to move all the time from room as their is no elevator. The reception should have had us directly the right room. Also child playground was not existing.
