About this apartment rental
Bright, very clean, cozy, smoke-free, private, second floor apartment located in town center of historic Bristol. This two bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates 4 with with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Full kitchen with microwave, toaster, and Keurig Coffee Maker is available, and also wireless internet and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer in basement if needed. Must be able to climb stairs.
Enjoy walking to water and docks, shopping, restaurants, pubs, cafe's, coffee shops, Carnival (around the week of July 4th), and free concerts near the water in June, in the beautiful historic town of Bristol. Located 1/2 hour from Newport and Providence, and 1 hour from Boston and Cape Cod.
Please know, while we have always been particular with cleaning and cleanliness before the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been paying extra attention to cleaning other items such as door handles, faucets, and making sure everything is sterilized. We will continue to provide the utmost care with making sure everything is washed and upholstery is sanitized as was done prior to the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
Note: This is a smoke-free building. We kindly ask that any smoking be done outside. Smoking is permitted on the property anywhere but inside the building. Thank you.

We arrived Thursday for wedding festivities in Portsmouth and Newport. Bristol served as a perfect distance between both. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable with nice pillow choices. The shower pressure is on point!! Just a 5 minute walk to food and shopping. Although we didn't have time to relax in the garden behind the home, it looks enchanting. Our gracious host greeted us the first evening and gave a lovely overview of the property. We will definitely stay here again. Warm Regards!!

The apartment is the entire upstairs floor in a restored house in an historic neighborhood. The owners have kept the original architecture as much as possible and furnished it with antiques. The kitchen had everything needed to cook including an assortment of spices. It was a very comfortable stay, and we enjoyed the town of Bristol.

My wife and I stayed here mainly for its proximity to Newport (about a 30 minute drive), but were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short (two night) stay.
We met one of the owners outside while he was working in the yard and had a nice conversation with him. He lives right next door and is very accessible, if need be. He does a great job keeping everything neat and clean, which we appreciate. Also appreciated are the thoughtful touches; snacks and local information on the kitchen table and pasta and sauce in a cabinet in case you're too tired to go out for dinner after a long drive. The pantry was well stocked with spices and condiments. The bathroom had large containers of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner and there were little extras in the wall cabinet.
Bristol is pretty walkable and the apartment is not far from restaurants and stores. There's also a nice town park/sports complex with a small beach just a short drive away.
All in all, a great experience and we recommend staying here when visiting Bristol and the surrounding area.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. The pics don't do it justice! Cleanliness is most important to me and this place was spotless. Easy check-in/check-out, on-site parking, quiet neighborhood, walkable to the shops/waterfront. Newport is an easy 30 min drive, and we really enjoyed exploring the area. Got to meet the owner, Jim, who was very kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment could be one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at, and Jim was definitely one of the most attentive hosts! So many special touches to make us feel welcome (complimentary snacks, wine, coffee and water), including a short visit by Jim to greet us in person! It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the downtown area of Bristol. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hidden gem in Bristol
I loved this cozy 2 bedroom upstairs apt in an old home. Lovingly restored and all the amenities of home. Our host Jim made the time to greet and talk with both me and my son and is a genuinely nice guy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends. Another bonus is the close proximity to restaurants, water, and parks.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs! It was immaculate and well cared for. The location allowed us to walk anywhere in downtown Bristol easily. Great getaway weekend!
My wife and I stayed with my sister and brother-in-law for a wedding in downtown. Great place to stay very convenient as far as being close to shops restaurants and bars. We are already talking about coming back again real soon! Highly recommended!

Homey Flat, Walk to downtown Bristol
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with our two children, ages 12 and 13. The flat was super clean, very homey and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to lovely downtown Bristol, and there are many attractions located within a short drive. We took day trips to Newport and Boston. The host is very friendly and stopped by when we arrived to welcome us. He provided us with suggestions for sites to see and places to eat, which we appreciated. Overall, we loved the rental and would gladly return.

Great Location
It was amazing! So comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything you could want or need. They even had pasta and a jar of sauce in case you arrive late and were hungry!
They had trail mix and other little snacks available. Very cozy and so close to downtown Bristol you can walk. We loved the oyster bar in downtown and Aiden’s.
It’s on the second story so you need to make sure you can do stairs. The owners are so nice and available. We will stay here again should we come back to Rhode Island.

Clean, cozy and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We had excellent reassurance from Jim about Covid cleaning and he followed through. Everything was clean and tidy. Jim thought of everything, all the little touches that made us feel welcome. The apartment is fully equipped and coffee and snacks were appreciated. I thought the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent..very close to the center of town. A good bargain!

Cozy, comfortable and inviting home away from home. Every detail was considered in furnishing this gem of an apartment. We were delighted to discover such close proximity to the heart of the town of Bristol and all the boutiques and restaurants that lined Hope Street. Bristol RI is a hidden gem, and this property is a jewel unto itself. Comfortable accommodations await with thoughtful touches including information on local restaurants and activities but also snacks. The rental is immaculate.
