Clean, modern, efficient check-in and out.
Breakfast was limited and security wouldn’t put on lights to get in at night..! But managed with phone.

Nice good place

The staff was pleasant. The wifi was good. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked fine, and the hot water for my shower was acceptable. All the things that matter to me were good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
I didn't like the fact that I can only speak English. I would love to be able to speak Spanish so I could have communicated with everyone.

I loved the room
Wifi doesn't work in most of the rooms and no breakfast is provided.

The staff was very nice and considerate.
The bathroom was dirty when we got there; however, the staff was very helpful and diligent and cleaned it right away.

This hotel was pretty good as a choice of value for money. I needed an early check-in for virtual meetings at work, they don´t hesitated to gave me the room before 10a.m. The facilities are very clean and new with state of the art finishings, like porcelain floors and ceramic tiles in bathroom. I appreciated the quietness, silence and stillness of the place, because is in front of a dead end road. Also the location is very convenient, with 2 restaurants and a bar in the corner on the same block. Besides, you are 400m away -5 minutes walk- from the big Shopping Mall Multicentro.
Some basics are mising like clothes iron, coffemaker or water bottles nor glasses. There isn´t also an elevator to reach the second floor. The breakfast is very good, but lacks of variety, 5$ cost alone, but is included in room price.

They gave us a nice room. Mostly clean, comfortable bed.
Super hard to find, since there are two Brands Hotels and in google Maps the location is wrong. The keys didn’t work for our room, also they forgot to put towels in the room.

It was a pleasant stay.
Location is an issue. Every taxi driver had to call the front desk for directions, because no one could find it.

Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Walking distance from Metrocentro, however it may be hard to find. Search for restaurants Summer and Mi Vieja Managua - its on the same road half a block away

Breakfast was ok. Room and bathroom very spacious. Excellent air con. New building: everything worked fine!
Impossible to reach the hotel with normal navigators... in case, search Restaurant Summer... it's very close.

PEOPLE SLEEP IN THE COUCH OF THE LOBBY, I HAD TO CALL FOR ROOM CLEANING AND WHAT REALLY UPSET ME WAS THE POOR WI FI CONNECTION FROM MY ROOM

Lovely Hotel, great staff.
BIG ISSUE, the location on the booking map is not the real location which isn't good as we walked there after leaving the bus from Grenada. Locals warned us that we are next to a bad area and we would be a target being foreigners, even in day. Upon eventually finding the hotel which is 10 mins away, I mentioned to the reception that booking.com was showing their location wrong and they didn't seem overly concerned.
5.0
Room facilities, hospitality, breakfast was great
Everything was excellent
