This delightful cottage is everything that makes arrowtown so special.
Spacious yet cosy and steeped in history. All modern conveniences in a great location. Part of this cottage was bought down from Mace Town, a historic mining village, extended and modernisd but retaining touchs of history throughout.
Spacious inside there are three bedrooms (main with ensuite) a family bathroom, open plan living, a new kitchen and a double carport.
Three sets of French doors, one from the kitchen and two others from the living room lead to a sun soaked and sheltered deck creating another living space for outdoor dining and end of day relaxing. The section is fully fenced and the house has a great location in the heart of Arrowtown.
Well renovated and presented there is insulated internal and external walls, heatpump and nightstore to keep you warm in the winter.
All set on a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced section that allows for viewing of the gorgeous Arrowtown views. There is plenty of secure storage for skis and bikes.
Arrowtown is central to many ski fields and only 15 minutes drive to the Queenstown airport. Come and enjoy the different seasons in Arrowtown. Always something going on in and around the area.
