Che dire, esperienza che non so commentare. Ovviamente nessun servizio di check in fisico ma solo telefonico. Primo lato negativo: assenza totale di climatizzatori ma soltanto dei mini termosifoni portatili che non riscaldano bene, quantomeno non subito; dopo tre ore la casa ancora fredda. Mancanza di acqua da bere, e soprattutto shampoo. Chiediamo un cambio asciugamani per il giorno successivo ma la sera alle sette ancora nulla. Siamo arrivati in ritardo a una cena perché uno di noi è dovuto scendere in cantina a prendere asciugamani pulite, si spera, sotto indicazioni della proprietaria che non poteva venire a portarci nuove asciugamani. La colazione viene servita da un bar che la porta in camera, bussando alla porta alle otto. Una sorta di colazione a sacco, dove vi è un cornetto, un po’ di frutta, salumi in busta, succo; non vi aspettate una colazione da bar. Aggiungiamo anche che vi era qualcosa che ci ha causato allergie, tipo polvere. Insomma non confortevole e disorganizzato. Le uniche cose positive sono che la casa è carina ed è centrale. Per finire, chiediamo un servizio per lasciare i bagagli. Non esiste. La ragazza ci dice che possiamo usare la stanza anche fino al pomeriggio, per tenere le valigie; su questo sicuramente devo ringraziarla, però non posso non guardare tutto il resto. A mio avviso non vale 100 euro a notte, quanto abbiamo speso. Alla luce di quanto detto, il prezzo dovrebbe essere più basso.

Obrigado!

La posizione centrale e a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni. Il check in con codice, così da agevolare chi arriva la sera tardi. La colazione lasciata fuori dalla porta veramente una chicca e molto buona.

L'appartamento era abbastanza freddo nonostante le stufette accese (consiglio di inserire un condizionatore in pompa di calore)

Un gran lugar para quedarse en el corazón de Porto

El apartamento está genial y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la Bella Porto, la ubicación es excelente y el personal súper amable, nos dejaron dejar el equipaje el día que llegamos antes del check-in y el último día nos dejaron quedarnos todo el tiempo que necesitáramos ya que no tenían huéspedes ese día. 100% recomendable

No se que productos de limpieza usaron que dejaron un olor súper fuerte todo el finde 😅😅

Recomendable!

El lugar es amplio, iluminado, y con buena ubicación. Decorado simple y con armonía.

No estaba muy limpio, habían muchos pelos en la cocina y en el baño, también algunas cosas en la cocina estaban sucias. Está equipado muy simple. No tiene calefacción.

Ubicación increible,apartamento genial, con mucha facilidad, María gestiona todo perfecto, el desayuno espectacular cada dia en la puerta,solo abrir y ahi está..

Lo único que falla,es el sistema de calentamiento, son dos radiadores eléctricos y son muy poco para todo un piso . Y falta persiana para tapar luz,,y el frío en la cocina apartamento 1.

I didn’t stay there because we were told the pricing was wrong. We didn’t get access to the property

Nothing, I never got to experience the property. There was no one to greet us, no phone calls answered. Only a message later to say the pricing was wrong!

No one to greet us, get in touch with us and we had to find another accommodation. No refund issued as of today 4/12/2023

The apartment was wonderful, big and equipped with everything you need, in the centre of Porto. Everything was perfect, really recommended!

Apartamento bem localizado, limpo, confortável, bom café da manhã e anfitriã acessível.

A localização é excelente. Pudemos transitar por todo o centro, conhecer os principais atrativos a pé. O café da manhã é deixado na porta e é muito bem servido. Valeu a pena.

Penso que se na cozinha fosse realocado o frigobar poderia abrir espaço para uma mesa de refeições. Hoje a mesa fica num dos quartos. Para nós isso não foi um problema porque estávamos em família. Mas para dois casais de amigos, por exemplo, poderia ser desconfortável.

Perfect roomy location for touring Porto

Central location was really great. The size of the apartment, ease of access, bonus second bedroom. Host was very concerned and helpful when the power went out. Nice view along street. Breakfast delivered every morning to the door was interesting.

There was no tea/coffee maker as advertised on our booking. Although we didn't pay for cleaning we only got fresh towels on request. The day of arrival, there was no tea, coffee, milk etc. in the apartment. Had to wait for the next day.

Good value for the price.

Spacious apartment in the city center, clean and tidy. The location is very good. Good value for the price.

The smaller room does not have window, which is not very pleasant. There was no quilt in the small room, even the rest of the guests had one, so I felt quite cold. It is located in the center, so it is bit noisy in the night.

Perfect tourist spot

Location!!! Walking distance to everything. Close to the river, shops and night life. Everything was clean. Balcony was great to people watch

The windows faced the stairway where people walked. But it has locks and windows guards. Black out panels worked great

Perfect to visit Porto for a couple days

Location, confort, exactly like the pictures on the site, very central.

Very noisy at night. Somebody yell on the street for an hour. Nothing to do with the host. We lost electricity 2 times cause the toaster pop the breaker..but everytimes we write to the host the problem was fix shortly.

Location. Facilities. Comfy beds. Linen.

The heating was a bit insufficient. The apartment is really cold. Good for summertime stays, I guess, but for winter, the electric radiators barely did the job.

dissappunted by cleanliness

good location-central

it didn’t seem clean! there were stains in the towels and the bedsheets had hairs on them. it was full of dust and rubbish from the previous people who stayed there. Also, there was only 1.5 toilet roll to be used by 3 people during 3 days.

Amazing

This apartment was beautiful. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. The balcony was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fish restaurant next door was amazing too. Don't bother going to eat at Churrascaria do Infante restaurant around the corner though!
