Needed to find a dog friendly place

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how comfortable this home was. It was also a great location, so much to do within walking distance! Street parking was a little confusing only because my check in was on Saturday, which don’t have to register for, and the system to register your parking isn’t available. Sunday I was able to register and it was free. The space was great and the beds were very comfortable. The host was super helpful and friendly as well. Thank you very much!

Great spot to stay in a bustling & walkable Milwaukee neighborhood. The location couldn't be beat!

We had an excellent experience at this Vrbo. The owners were responsive and it is a great location.

This spot is a compact first floor duplex that gave us what we needed for an out of town wedding. Communications with the owner were answered almost immediately and we were able to arrange last minute addition of pets, as it is a pet friendly accommodation. The only drawback is it has street parking only, which was very full due to being near Brady Street. Overall, I would book here again.

The flat was in a wonderful Milwaukee neighborhood! Quiet yet within walking distance with so many sites in Milwaukee . The place itself was nice. Very old. The kitchen had very little for cooking if you plan to do any in-house meals.
The tv situation was great. They shared many streaming channels.
3 separate beds which was great for our group. Each had their own area to regroup.

The location was great and we were able to enjoy our stay.

This was a great property. Comfy beds, kitchen has what is needed to be functional (just don’t plan a four course meal) 😉 Keurig was a lovely surprise! ☕️
We were minutes from so much of what Milwaukee has to offer! Brewery (has food) two blocks away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property was in close proximity to zoo and downtown, a park , grocery store and restaurants with in walking distance if you have a stroller. Host very helpful, unit itself doesn’t have parking but parking on street worked out just fine. Older houses can be noisy and the renters upstairs were very heavy footed so was load at times. The outside of house could use some work and the weeds have over taken the yard.
All and all it was just okay.

lots of restaurants close by. only 3 blocks to the HOP which used every day. would have liked an outdoor spot to sit and a larger bathroom!

My friend and I were visiting Milwaukee for the weekend and stumbled across this location. Spacious and everything that we needed for a short stay.
4.8
Overall, our stay was great. The beds and space were solid, and we had no major issues over our 3+ day stay. My only complaints would be that the window air units hadn't been hooked up yet (it got a bit hot while we were there) and the kitchen was a bit more bare than I was expecting. To be fair, the weather forecast had the week being much cooler than it actually was, so I can understand why they weren't hooked up yet.
All that said, the value we got was hard to beat. The space was comfortable, the host was very responsive and communicative, the advice for what to do was spot on, the entertainment options for the TV were great, and the location was absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Milwaukee area.

Scoping out the neighborhood
I didn’t know anything about MKE so planned this trip to learn more. Planted ourselves just off of Brady Street which I learned is one of the desirable places to be in MKE. Our host had left tourist books/magazines about the area for is to look through- very helpful. Checking in was a breeze- thankfully- because we didn’t get into town until quite late. I would stay again.

Very nice and clean apt Managers were spot on answering my questions even after the dumb ones that I would’ve had the answer to if I would have read the whole message in the first place Awesome that they allow pets as it is very hard to find that anymore Very accessible

Location was great and loved the space. Very quiet in spite of being in a hoppy area....even on New Years Eve.
Beds were very comfortable. Just house or two from Brady Street. Short walk or drive to MSOE. TV has Netflix and lots of channels come in well on antenna. Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. Made a cake and had to buy pans, borrow hand held mixer. On the upside there is now a rolling pin and strainer. Mainly, a larger pan for boiling spaghetti noodles would have been useful. If you are there a week, you do actually prepare meals in. 😊
It was decent enough that I would rebook if I were returning to area. Big plus is that our dog was able to be there!

Hubbell and Cassie provided a lot of important information and they were responsive and easy to work with. Their unit is clean and has all necessities (coffee was definitely appreciated). We also enjoyed the maps on the living room walls. The neighborhood is great — very good walk ability with lots of shops, restaurants and breweries close by.

Great Locaton, Great Price, Dog Friendly
Wonderful location in trendy upcoming neighborhood. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment was clean and Roku TV worked great. The mattresses were not very firm and the internet was intermittent, but otherwise we had a lovey stay. If driving, beware that Milwaukee has bizarre overnight parking rules - that Cassie explains very well in the apartment handbook to be read upon arrival. Also, departure is very easy.

Nice location, good communication and great price! What's not to like??

Perfect location!
Apartment was clean and comfortable. Older, well maintained duplex at a reasonable price. Perfect location just off Brady St. First night we got an uber and went downtown for dinner and a concert at the Fiserv. We actually walked back from the Fiserv since it was only a mile. The next day was spent exploring Brady St and hopping on the Hop to see a bit of the downtown area. We were able to bring our dog and had a nice time visiting the bar down the street that allows dogs. The only issue we had was a group upstairs the second night ...... but that had nothing to do with the property or the owners. Cassie was wonderful in her communication with us and very quick to return our deposit. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location - loved the neighborhood, comfortable beds, and very cozy living room.

Great location and dog friendly
Great place to stay on east side of Milwaukee. The duplex is a half block from Brady Street. We visited Glorioso's deli and coffee shop each day - what a treat. The duplex was clean and well equipped. Our two dogs were very at home here. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The map on the wall is so fun - everyone who stays there pens their name on the location of their home. Finally, our hosts were available and helpful.

Nice clean home.
The location of this property is close to the Riverside Theater and the Market, we enjoy when in Milwaukee. The Uber costs were very affordable, we could have walked in warmer weather.
We love the easy keyless entry.
The living room was big and comfortable to relax after long days of walking a lot.
There was plenty of room for 6 adults in the house, although one bed is in a dining room type of space. It was good to have, as we had last minute luck, for my son to come along for the weekend.
We go to Milwaukee every year at this time, and would say here again.
Thank you.

Great location and value
Great location and amenities. Signing wall is a real cool touch. Only complaint is the noise. Brady street is close, so you hear that a bit. The upper floor of the duplex was the issue. If someone is up there, you hear every footstep from people and their dog. I'd stay again, just don't plan on sleeping in if the upper floor is occupied.

Great place in a perfect neighborhood/area!
Hosts were very attentive and responsive, even left us a nice bottle of wine on arrival. We will definitely book again when in the area!
