Loved it

Such a great accommodation and great people! Everything was clean, everyone was super helpful :) the location is great as well, you have a calm night but just a few minutes to the next mall to and center. I loved it and would definitely come back🥰 (Just a little tip to safe you nerves.. the address on booking is wrong if you open it with google maps I think)

NEVER STAY HERE - CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

The pictures must have been taken about 10years ago as the Villa Alamanda looks NOTHING like the pictures. The worst experience EVER and we have been to Bali 12 times and never stayed in a place so bad. The sheets were stained and yellow from being so old. Very old stained mattresses. Only 2 air conditioners working, so one bedroom could not be used at all even though we paid for a 3 bedroom villa and no or any refund was offered. Such a damp smell. Power went on/off. Couldn't use any bath as plugs didn't work. Food provided was nothing like picture. Too much to list. The place was so run down. I only showed some pictures as I couldn't put up all. NEVER EVER STAY HERE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CANCEl YOUR BOOKING!!! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.

the staffs are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. Was not happy with the accommodation and they moved us out to slightly better place.

Nice staff, close to a good mall.

Amicable staff; everybody was very helpful and polite. The room was pretty decent. Close to the hotel there is a mall with some good options to eat and drink, very useful!

Not the hotel's fault, my unsatisfaction was with the region (Jimbaran), definitely, I wouldn't be back. About the hotel, nothing to complain about.

We did not stay, once we had arrived and inspected the property it was not comfortable or relaxing.

Check in was easy

The photos online were not a fair representation of the property. They portrayed a clean well looked after villa. When in reality it was not well presented at all. The pool was dirty, the couch in the Living area looked like it had been picked up off the side of the street. And the property was swarming in mosquitos and there was no way of escaping from them as the doors and windows did not seal off from the outside.

lovely spacious rooms and very clean. There is a mall just opposite the hotel that had a great selection of food and drink stalls.

slightly further away from centre than we realised, has to rely on grabs to get anywhere. pool area a lot smaller than we realised but not many rooms so had it to ourselves most days.

Nice staff, but Villa is in serious need of maintenance

The guys who came with breakfast and to clean were great. They were always so helpful and respectful.

For reference, we stayed at the Allamanda Villa, the 3 bedroom one with a private pool. The villa is very run down and in need of maintenance. There is mold on the walls, and the sheets have stains. There are ants, millipedes, and centipedes all over the villa, even in the kitchen and bedrooms. The villa wasn't truly clean. They tidied up but didn't really clean since stains on the floor would still be there days later. I think there is a reason why the pictures are from afar. Up close, you can see it falling apart. Unless they fix it up and really clean it, I wouldn't stay there again.

An amazing place to stay. close to the beach, there is a shopping mall just 2 mins walk. A lot of restaurants around. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, many thanks to the staff🤗 was very helpful, available 24 hours😀

The room I booked and paid for was not available when I arrived. As an apology I was given breakfast for the 3 days I stayed at Kubu GWK.

Awesome place, value for money!

Wifi is fast, I got 60 Mbps download and 90 Mbps upload. That is the most important if you need to keep working. Staff are genuinely friendly Villa is leafy and clean Location near shops and restaurant

The electric kettle takes a little bit too long to boil water.

Amazing villa and great value for money

Modern, big villa, nice swimming pool, very helpful staff (they let us keep the beach towels for the day after we checked out) and fast wifi

The kitchen in the back didn't match the theme of the rest of the room (the fly net on the windows is strange) , but we didn't use it all so it didn't cause any issues.

Really good value for price. It's not a big hotel and it has only 2-3 private villas + 8 rooms The pool is nice. Quiet area

The mosquito fumigation without warning in the morning. Not healthy at all to be trapped in the smokes.

Beautiful resort in serene space with excellent staff

We haf an excellent time here, the staff was smile and extremely hospitab, amazing, very polite and helpful.They took care everything.We love ala carte breakfast made my day brighter. The ambient is serene and peaceful, highly recommended for people who is searching serene with extra mile service .

Quiet and well maintained

Far from anywhere, place to visit, eatery, beach no small shops nearby. to get to anywhere, need transport that cost double than the Capital City of Jakarta. Specific "complementary" transport to centralized location should be provided.

Affordable price, great facilities

The price was so worth it! The place was easy to locate with plenty of space to park our car. It was quiet, and the shared pool was relatively clean enough (it was so crucial, because most places don't bother to clean their pool during the pandemic). I love how the room amenities are fully provided. The staff was also kind enough to bring us two bottled water for free when we asked for them.

The receptionist didn't seem to be informed that we were coming. She had to confirm our arrival with someone (presumably the owner or manager), even though we clearly contacted them a day before via the provided phone number. We wish they would be more prepared, though. I also noticed a small stain on the duvet.
