総じて良かった。

フロントの若い女性スタッフが教えてくれた居酒屋は、話の通り鶏レバーが絶品だった。朝食時のスタッフも気さくで感じが良かった。

Fantastic value. Great staff. Overall would book again.

Cleaner than most. 3 washers 3 dryers (coin operated. umbrellas available to borrow. Quiet stay. Vending machines sell beer and soft drinks.

bathroom was a bit small but that’s everywhere in Japan.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone due to it isn’t what it is advertised to be.

customer service was good.

the room wasn’t anything like in the pictures. it was small, the robes didn’t look clean, the Television only had one channel. There was wires hanging out of the wall by the bed, lighting was poor and a small metal door with tape on it that rattled each time you opened a door.

The wifi was intermittent. I was at the end of the hallway away from the router so the signal would come and go.

Close to Iwakuni train station.

Close to Iwakuni train station. Free coffee, tea and tonic water machine at the front desk. Breakfast service starting from 630am. Large soundproof rooms. Soft mattress but nice firm pillows. Lack of info provided upon check-in but the lady who assisted our check-out was very helpful. Check-in is only possible from 3pm but late check-out is accepted with a fee (1000JPY). 24hr front desk provided. Microwave provided on each floor.

Our room was quite cold. Staying outside was actually warmer. We put the heater on but the air got dry. It was not until a couple of trips on the elevator did we notice they were renting out humidifiers at the front desk. A little too late as we were there for just a night. Would've been nice to have been informed upon check-in. The gentleman who checked us in pretty much only checked us in. The breakfast buffet did not include any type of fruit juice, fruits nor yogurt. Menu itself was limited and focused on Japanese dishes, which is fine. Just would've been best if we knew what is provided so we can at least get supplementary foods at the convenience store. Our room was large but bath/ toilet was super small. It took some effort moving around without bumping elbows and knees into the door and wall. The layout of the room was not good. There was so much extra space that could've been used to expand the bath /toilet or put in a decent table to dine on.. etc
