次回出張時にもまた利用したいと思います。

朝食メニュー豊富で、味も良かった。大浴場もあり、夜も併設レストランが使える。全体的に清潔で綺麗だった。

it was ok, until they charged me TWICE!

please give me my money back, you charged me 2 times! i contacted booking and i hope the situation will solve, this is not ok at all

満足度は10点中7.5点

目的ゴルフ⛳️場に程よい距離にあり西条駅までも数分で行けるロケーションにあった。朝食も他のルートインより長けていた。

館内駐車場のスペース幅が少しせまかったので、スーツケース等の積み下ろしに支障があった。

ほぼ満足

駅前まで比較的短距離にあり近辺にはコンビニもあり歴史的な西条の酒蔵を散策出来た。今回ゴルフラウンドした広島カンツリーにも程よい距離にあった。

建物内に駐車場🅿️は有るが幅が少し狭く荷物の積み下ろしに苦労した。

Good

The hotel is within 7 minutes to the train station. There are various shops and mall around it. Staff behaviour is good.

1. There were almost no choice of food for vegan or veg food. Breakfast is available but total concentration was on non veg food. 2. Pillows were very hard quality.

Everytime I go to Saijo to spend time with my friends I always make sure to stay on this Hotel

Unspoken policies more important than customers, no help offered - not even from Booking.com

The onsen was nice, laundromat was cheap and easy to access while bathing. Location is very close to Saijo Station and it has free parking. Strong heater.

Small room, hard bed and pillows, tiny bathroom, no pleasing lights. Was told I'd have to pay extra, beyond my prepayment from days earlier, because I didn't have proof of at least three Covid vaccinations. There was NOTHING mentioned about this on the Booking site, nor did anyone from booking respond to my inquiry regarding the matter. The staff basically wound up blaming the situation on "limited English ability" because she just didn't want to deal with the situation. No attempt at catering to me as a valued customer was made, but instead they cared more about their "set in stone" policies and procedures and were genuinely going to try forcing me to pay about 2200 yen extra, despite my prepared, guaranteed price though booking. My girlfriend was able to produce vaccine status to keep us from having to pay, but it was lucky she had the info, as well as ridiculous that neither they nor Booking did anything to help us with the situation. I would've never been treated like this at Hilton or even Green Morris Hotel. I will never stay there again.

Good hotel close to station and restaurants

Good location close to Saijyo station and restaurants. Receptionist helped me to book and cancel taxi quickly.

It is better to have English sign for foreigners in restaurant. For example, トレイ返却 can be written with something like "Tray return"

Beds and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable (too hard/stiff). Had to buy my own pillows because the hotel pillows were so hard.

Perfect place to stay for visiting Saijo breweries.

Perfect location to stay for visiting the breweries. Super clean and new, friendly staff, great public bath, comfortable beds. Lots of places to eat nearby, close to station.

No complaints, an excellent place to stay.

Good food, but awkward cramped shower

Aside from the bathroom it was a very pleasant hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Great range of food and very tasty. The bed was also reasonably comfortable, and there was a decent amount of space in the room.

The roof in the shower in my room had an awkward segment jutting out, making it only 175 cm high. As someone over average height, I had to constantly stoop and hit my head painfully multiple times while showering. I've stayed in many hotels in Japan, and never experienced this problem with such an uncomfortably low shower roof before.

Exceptional

This is a great hotel that I've stayed at multiple times now. It is a basic business hotel and the rooms aren't too special, but what makes it great is the delicious breakfast, the bath, free parking on site (plenty of spaces) and wonderful friendly staff. I will continue to stay here anytime I'm in Saijo.
