This is actually one of the best accommodations that we ever had !
Has got 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, one of them had a Bosch washing machine.
Has got 3 air conditioner units very useful in summer but in winter, too, being revers cycle.
Has got a wonderful swimming pool, sheltered from the sun in the evening, but heated by the sun all day.
Has got a spa, but we didn`t use it.
Has got a big barbeque, you can buy wood or charcoal from the big supermarkets in Chania.
Accommodation is very quite, safe, there is a fence all around the house, CCTV, alarm system.
Everything looks like brand new !
There are 2 parking spots right in front of the villa !
Everything is walking distance : supermarket 2 minutes, beach 5 minutes (Haris place across the street has got the best spot with no rocks in the water, free sunbeds. free umbrellas and divine cocktails at the bar).
Unfortunately it wasn`t for sale !

We loved this villa and can't wait to return!
Very clean, spacious & modern.
Outdoor space was perfect will pool out the front & hot tub out the back.
Travelled as a couple but villa would be perfect for small family.
Had a small issue with hot water but got in touch with hosts who called a plumber to sort the issue straight away

We are a family of three and and spent a week here. The villa is perfectly located, at a short walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, shopping streets and many good restaurants. The communication with the hosts (Mary and Eva) was very easy. As we arrived late, the host did grocery shopping for us which was highly appreciated. There was wine and homemade olive snacks making us feel really welcome. The air-condition works really well and cools the rooms down really fast. The big couch in the living room is so comfortable. We really liked the interior and exterior decor of the house - stylish and comfy.
There was an extra cleaning during the week, where we got new towels and linens. Nice tips from the hosts for places to visit and eat.
The pool is environmentally disinfected using salt, no irritation of dry skins. We visited during high summer, and nothing beats a swim in a private pool after a long hike in the beautiful Cretan gorges. Lots of restaurants on the beach promenade nearby, as well as family tavernas making tasty Cretan cuisine in the back streets nearby the villa. We really enjoyed our stay. If we visit Crete again, we will surely want to stay in this villa again! Thank you Mary and Eva for your hospitality!
If I may suggest some small improvements - there could be some more water/juice glasses, some more dish towels, and better trash bags. We opted to buy our own in the supermarket.
The nights can be a bit noisy, with other hotels and rentals and the beach promenade close by. We got used to it after a couple of nights. It's an ok trade-off with the villa really close to everything. No need to drive to dinner and stress about parking. :)

We spent a full week at the villa. The location is fantastic - near restaurants, shops and supermarkets and walking distance to the beach. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The jacuzzi was such a blessing on the odd day when the weather was not great. We were here in October but the pool was warm enough for a quick dip here and there. We had BBQs twice and really enjoyed our stay. Mary and Eva who run the place were really friendly.

The villa had everything you could imagine for a relaxing holiday. It has a stylish decor and every detail was carefully selected. The location is perfect close to restaurants, shops and the beach. There is a parking space for two cars in front of the villa.

Villa is super luxury all was great.
Cleaning stuff can be done in everyday not in two days. At least maybe some short cross check. But it wasnt a big deal.
