price and location were excellent

no working exhaust fan over the stove, washing machine took for ever as it kept coming off balance, only 3 of the 4 hot plates worked

Perfect for what we wanted, a holiday beach house with enough space to fit all of us comfortably

excellent would stay again very close to the beach

the property was clean and tidy. I also liked that the kitchen was very well equiped. lots of plates, cookware and utensils. also outside area had a lovely big table.

you can hear the upstairs level very loudly when sleeping downstairs

We had an excellent stay with our family for Christmas and would return.

The deck was great. It was great to have two floors for a bit of space. The location was excellent. It had everything that we needed.

The cleaning could be improved as we found food under the couch, many items from past guests under the beds etc. The lounge was very uncomfortable and outdated.

Good holiday house close to the beach.

House was close to the beach. Close to Kangaroo island. Lovely scenery.

The outdoor bbq was not clean by the previous people. Hot water system ran out of hot water, had to wait 24 hours to get hot water.

Pleasant

What the property offered was great: facilities, not far beach walk and rooms. The kitchen facilities and basics included were more than expected, which was nice.

Ants were everywhere in one of the rooms when we arrived and their were many other bug infestations throughout the property. The staff were rude and up the bond on arrival. The check in day dealing with the staff was chaos and they need to improve their attitudes/procedures.
