Great Beach but unhappy Staff.Cleaning Lady was friendly after tip

The location

Getting told my room is booked after one night.Had to move to a more expensive room and the room stayed empty the next few nights.Has Staff been told not to smile or say hello or good morning?

Wonderful location in a rustic setting.

The location is perfect - right on Siam Beach. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant serves delicious lunches and dinners. The Monkey Bar is vibey and makes the best Passion Fruit Daiquiri’s.

The breakfast was very limited. It would be better to serve a set breakfast menu at this venue. No swimming pool.

ลงเรือก็ประทับใจในสีของน้ำเลย สวยมาก หาดทรายขาว ทรายละเอียดนุ่มเท้า น้ำใสมาก น้ำไม่ลึก เหมาะกับเด็กๆ มีเปลแขวนไว้ให้บริการแขกหลายที่ บริเวณหน้าหาด เป็นส่วนตัว ไม่แออัด แม้จะไปในช่วงวันหยุดเทศกาล ก็ยังรู้สึก เงียบสงบ เป็นส่วนตัว อากาศไม่ร้อน เย็นสบาย อาหาร: อาหารเช้าธรรมดา แต่บรรยากาศดีมากกกกก อาหารเที่ยงและเย็น สั่งจาเมนูของ รร. อร่อยมาก รสชาติถูกปากคนไทย ปลาหมึกนึ่งมะนาว กุ้งแช่น้ำปลาตัวใหญ่มาก รสแซ่บ ปลากระพงทอดน้ำปลา ปลาสด กรอบ อร่อย พนักงานค่อนข้างน้อย ควรเผื่อเวลามาสั่งอาหารก่อนจะหิว ห้องนอน: ประทับใจที่เตียงนอนมีฟูกรองอีกชั้น นุ่มสบายมากๆ หมอนมี 4 ใบ และที่นอนเสริมก็ดี นอนสบาย คุ้มค่าที่จ่าย เจ้าของ รร. เลือกใช้วัสดุเครื่องนอน ที่ดี มีคุณภาพ สัมผัสได้ถึงการใส่ใจ นวดไทย: พนักงานนวด น่ารัก บริการดี ฝีมือดี นวดหลับเลย ปล.ที่นี่ไม่มีสัญญาณดีแทค และ wifi ค่อนข้างช้า แต่มาพักผ่อน ไม่ติดอะไร แต่ถ้าใครที่จะ wfh อาจต้องพกซิมเนตมาเอง และที่นี่ไม่มี welcome drink โดยรวมแล้วอยากไปอีก เราพักห้องโซน C ซึ่งเห็นทะเลได้บางส่วน ไม่ไกลจากหาดเลย คือดีมากๆ

ห้องน้ำ: สายชำระตรงชักโครก ไม่สะอาด มีราดำ ฝักบัวเริ่มมีราเขียว และดำบางส่วน อยากให้ช่วยดูแลในส่วนนี้ แอร์: ตำแหน่งที่ติดแอร์อยู่ติดกับเตียงนอน ประกอบกับ แอร์มีฝุ่นอยู่ แค่เปิดก็มองเห็นได้ หากมีการทำความสะอาดในส่วนนี้ด้วยจะดีมาก

Tous les aspects de hôtel sont fantastiques, lieu, qualité de la literie, vue, la restauration est très bien, les prestation de location de scooter aussi. Tous les personnels, mis à part l'accueil.

Seule ombre au tableau, Les 3 femmes qui travaillent à l'accueil. Pas agréable, faussement souriante et nullement en attente de rendre le séjour de leur pensionnaire plus agréable. très décevant de ce côté. mais fort heureusement on ne passe pas ses vacances avec le personnel d'accueil.

Très bon sejour dans cet hôtel avec un paysage paradisiaques

Hôtel situé sur LA plus belle plage de Koh Kood. Le personnel est au petit soin. Un restaurant et un bar à proximité. Possibilité de louer des scooters à la journée, pratique pour découvrir l’île et ses cascades. Je recommande cet hôtel.

La salle de bain était peut être un peu sommaire.

Punto mare ottimo. Bungalow sulla spiaggia. Colazione ricca e buona. Molto tranquillo. La sera di Capodanno hanno offerto una cena a buffet e spettacoli, organizzato molto bene.

I bungalow ancora non ristrutturati necessiterebbero almeno di un comodino in più (uno per lato) Parecchi insetti, ma è normale considerata la posizione. Centro massaggi dipende da chi te lo fa, nel mio caso molto male. Ristorante non era granché

5Tage Entspannung pur!!

- absolut perfekte und ruhige Anlage mit kleinen Bungalows direkt am Strand - saubere Anlage, toller Strand - tolles Frühstück, große Auswahl. Viele 5*SterneHotels können sich beim Frühstück was abschauen - Kanuverleih kostenlos - Motorroller 300Baht am Tag(Zum Erkunden der Insel ein absolutes Muss) - super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Haben uns sogar bei Magentabletten ausgeholfen! - Am 31.12 wurden die Gäste mit einem kostenlosen Silvesterdinner überrascht. Auch der FährenService von Boonsiri mit direkten Transport auf der Insel zur BungalowAnlage war absolut Spitze. Bei der Pünktlichkeit/Qualität/Service sollten viele deutsche Firmen mal eine Schulungsreise nach Thailand unternehmen. Vielen DANK für Alles!!!

Dans l'ensemble bon séjour

Bon établissement, il faut louer un scooter pour pouvoir sortir un peu. Dans les bungalows pas de frigo ni de climatisation mais pour quelques nuits ce n'est pas indispensable.

Pas de frigo c'est bien dommage, ni de placard pour ranger les affaires. Pas de serviettes de plages.

They are remodeling some sections (non beach view)do not stay in the A section at all

The beach, the make staff member that drive your luggage from the lobby to your room . Manu who works at bb divers which is located on property. All the dining area staff.

The room, the bed, the bathroom, the cracks in the floor, walls, ceiling t let bugs and the occasional gecko in. Do not stay in A section at all, mattress with large hard springs on the floor . Asked to move 2 x and willing to pay, “booked, yet seen quite a few empty in B section where at least there was a bed off the floor. They are very strict about free kayaks for 1 hour per day even though they sat unused except us and an occasional other guest. They rent motorbikes there, be vigilant about making sure they give you a higher cc one they are all the same price , check the tires as some are bald and check the fuel you get 1 liter free. Staff was nice but you must be proactive with your stay and “booking “ride back to ferry , allow time to have them check your room before you hop on the back of your covered pick up truck. I’d like to share we are we’ll traveled and have stayed a lot of places and usually go with the flow , we decided oh well let’s stay outside unless we are sleeping or showering . This was a hard one , pics on website deceptive, defy wide angle shots with a scrubbed up room .

Very good

We had a beach view cabin, and how amazed I was to wake up every morning and be right by the beach. In the evenings watching the sunset was mind blowing. Room was basic, Aircon and fridge. Had a few lizards pop in now and again, but they are harmless. Reception staff were very helpful, organised my transfer to the mainland plus private taxi to Pattaya. The beach was beautiful, by far one of the best beaches in Koh Kood. Free to use the kayaks, (have to put a holding deposit which you get back when returning the kayak). Which Is great as some other resorts we visited we noticed you had to pay. Can rent scooters from the hotel but they are a little more expensive than the mainland. Do go outside of the resort, you can visit other resorts and their beaches. The roads are quiet and safe. Would I stay here again, yes I would because of the beach. Ive attached a picture of the sunset sat from the cabin terrace,

The food, I'm sorry to say, but I didn't like the food much. Most of the time my food tasted under cooked. I wasn't much of a fan with the restaurant either, looked very nice but the wooden chairs are uncomfortable. The staff were very slow at cleaning the restaurant after people had left the table. Koh kood is slightly more expensive than most places in Thailand. And the restaurant prices were a little higher than normal, but it was the same for all the other resorts we visited on the island. Do get a scooter and search for local places to eat. There is no 7eleven on the island so you are limited on western food supplies. But eating out supports local people and they give you a much better service than the hotel. Again the scooter price was 400 Thai baht, for 24 hour, normally you can get a bike for 200/300 but as you're in the middle of nowhere, you kinda have to pay the hotels price.

The best beach on the whole island

On the entire island it is the best beach in all of Koh Kood, the rooms on the first line are magnificent, super nice and clean. the breakfast the best breakfast i have had in all of thailand. A paradise.

I did not like the triple room, a very spacious room, but very uncomfortable beds and a dirty room. I recommend taking bungalows on the first line and asking for an extra bed. We liked the resort a 100 a lot and we will repeat.

gorgeous location: beach was super clean, great breakfast and super helpful staff

it is quite remote, and much like the rest of the island you really need to hire a motor bike (rentable from the hotel) to get around and explore if you want to venture out of the resort— saying that, the staff were so helpful, we needed to get come cash out and the hotel provided a free shuttle car for us

Right on the beach with a beautiful view. staff went above and beyond to help. We had a great New Year’s Eve fire show and fireworks with a fabulous buffet.

It was just as we expected.

This is my favourite bay on the island, the fact one can stay here is fantastic. would definitely prefer to have the bud

view was amazing, staff are super friendly, shower was great , new deckchairs, restaurant and bar. water coffee toilet paper delivered every day and cleaning upon request perfect.

the 60€ / night bungalow had several gaps in the creaky floor boards and around the doors, the paint job in the bathroom and cracked tiles was a shame. the hot buffet food was generally cold.

Location and facilities were very good and staff were fine. Communication through the Reception was also fine. Accommodation was excellent and internal facilities met our expectations.

Buffet breakfast selection was very good but invariably the expected hot food was cold or luke warm. This issue could easily be rectified if the chafing dish burners to heat the retaining tray were lit in advance of 0700 if this is the start time of breakfast service. We raised this point on several occasions but no remedial action was taken.
