Beautiful hotel in a fab location for metro

Loved our stay in this big clean hotel room with the most amazing view of the city. The convenience store in the building was handy and the lobby was a great space. Perfect location to get on the metro at Yongsan Station

宿泊1日目朝、使用済みグラスを洗って無かった水を入れて置いたので気を使ったのかもしれないが使ってあるものは全て洗って欲しい 2日目、3日目は問題無かった担当者の問題

整體算是滿意的. 但4星級酒店沒有牙刷提供, 有點奇怪. 浴室的設計是最敗筆的一環.

整體來說尚算好的. 客房整洁, 雙人牀算大, 被鋪舒服但枕頭太軟, 沒有承托力, 廁所及浴室用磨沙玻璃, 在外見到, 且浴室內沒有放衣服的地方, 要出外才能穿上衣服, 如果介意, 不宜選擇, 近龍山站. 交通方便.

前台服務員态度有待攺善.

Overall, we had a great time staying in this hotel. The bed was soft and comfortable, perfect to sleep on after a long,

We loved staying in this hotel during our 5 day trip to Korea. The amenities were amazing, great view from our room, the room rate was affordable, friendly staff and more. Concierge was able to help us call for a taxi whenever we needed it. It was an amazing stay overall.

Their cafe was pricey. The pastries and coffee were good though, so despite the high price, we kept going back. Also their kids’ playroom was closed when we were there. We were excited to bring our baby to crawl around and play.

Wonderful stay and good bang for your buck!

We loved the hotel truly every aspect of it - price was fairly reasonable, location was pretty much very accessible to nearby well-known places like Han River, Itaewon or Hannam, the hotel was clean and nice, lastly (but no least) the staffs were ALL very kind and helpful. We decided to come visit this hotel for our next trips to Korea.

Grabbing a taxi a bit challenging as the hotel was not on the big street, somewhat manageable.

Staff was not warm and friendly. Breakfast was like warzone. Too many people due to a event Atomy. Hard to get coffee and not a relax way to start your working day

Nice place. Unfortunately the facilities were overrun with all the scouts staying there.

Location next to the shopping mall was great.

Waiting for up to 20 minutes to get down in the lift from the 29th floor. The feral scouts were booked in rooms all around us were running around our floor until nearly midnight, ringing our doorbell and ringing our telephone.

Great Place for Solo Travelers/ Layovers.

Great Location, close to many popular places in Seoul. The view from the 30th floor was nice. Okay amenities as well.

Some of the staff would be biased on greeting some guests, whilst ignoring others.

1. bad service & facilities : the people at the front door was rude… plus this hotel doesn’t offer toothbrushes and the room wasn’t clean either. 2. charging problem : the hotel actually charged me $ 890000 for 3 nights while the price was 810000 on booking.com. we asked the hotel manager about the pricing and he had no comment and compensation…

Short but sweet stay in the heart of Seoul.

Excellent location, only a couple stops away from Seoul Station. Reception area had a a fantastic vibe, even though the hotel was constantly busy, we never failed to get a seat.

The walk from Yongsan station to hotel was a pain due to it being narrow and when busy it was a struggle. Hopefully once bridge is built it will make it more smoother.

Location was excellent, with the hotel being walking distance from Yongshan Station and iPark Mall. However, I am wondering when the new link to Yongshan will be open? It is under construction now

Overall very positive, the hotel seems buzzing and alive at all times.

The beds were amazing, incredibly comfortable and the view is incredible to stare at, especially at night when the cityscape is lit up.

The elevators can be difficult to operate, some issues include the elevator not registering the input for the floor selected by other guests and I. We had to leave the elevator and find another, after going up and down when other guests could use it but not us.

very easy to get there from the main airport. shopping mall and train station within 5 min walking from the hotel

room was too small. bathroom was entirely made of glass panels which were open on the top and communicating with the bedroom. there is no privacy when using bathroom
