Dissapointing

Very good location for the metro

No cupboards drawers or anywhere to put ones stuff. Very dark and hot rooms. Noisy air con and traffic noise if window opened.

Good location for night food

Room felt a bit small but the bathroom was a great size. The balcony was a good addition. Plenty of restaurants just outside of the hotel.

Bed was very firm and the hotel is around 30 mins train ride from the main CBD

Relaxing in Sadang...

The staff were very welcoming. We loved the bathtub in the room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was enough to fill us up every morning. They offered both American and Korean dishes for breakfast. On New Years Eve, they left sparkling wine in the room, which warmed our hearts.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of closet space in the room. There were only 4 hangars to hang clothing on a small rack.

amazing location near to line 2 / 4 ( SADANG STATION) , gorgeous view of one of the busiest location in Seoul , Staff are perfect ( kind , welcoming, cheerful…)

convenient location right at Sadang station, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, amazing view

Staff was super nice, the view was incredible and the terrace hot tub with a view of Seoul is about as romantic as it gets!

Great location, good price.

Good location near exit 9 at Sadang station. The deluxe room was perfect, a real view on the city at the 13rd floor and the bathtub with this view was enjoyable. The bluetooth speaker is a plus. The staff is kindly and helpful.

Disappointing

I liked the location and the room was spacious.

I didn't like the fact that rhe suit was underground and the room smelled like a sewage. Glasses had lipstick mark and we found hair in the shower.

Good location near a line 4 station. Good price. Good facilities.

No same day landry they couldn't do it even tho I had 2 nights and gave it on the first day.

Bathtub, big bed, Ac control, little private balcony. Staff was kind.

No big mirror in the room. Balcony had no view. No sunlight in the room. No streaming options for the tv (Netflix etc). Different type of bathtub than the picture

Nice Seoul stay

The hotel was very stylish and in a good communication spot, right next to the subway and bus stations. The room was spacious with all of the necessary equipment provided.

We had a great rest. Thanks a lot!

Clean and spacious room. Very beautiful views from the windows. We really liked the big bathroom on the terrace and had a good time. Special thanks for the opportunity to turn on the music in the room.

The bathrobes were old and worn. The water switch in the shower didn't work. The bathroom door was very hard to close. And the door to the toilet immediately opened when closed.

i loveeeee to stay here because it's a good place to stay after long time of working.... so relaxing and this is the place i'm looking for, there have a bathtub with the view and the food so yummy.... :)

Considering the price it's a lot better than expected.

The location was great. Has a nice bathtub compared to the room size. I really couldn't ask for more for that price. Anyways had a pleasant stay there.

The lighting is a bit weird. It doesn't actually turn on what it says it does. It's kind of like playing a puzzle game to figure out which combination turns on which. The room is a bit small but I guess hotels of this class are all sorta like that.

Staff was friendly and the room was satisfactory and clean

I lacked the following: 1. A safe box 2. A big mirror 3. Storage space For business purposes it would be best to have a table and chair to allow light work
