Our Room, Marina was beautiful. Lovely art work and four poster bed. Everything you needed, included fridge and kettle with coffee station.
Staff were very helpful.
Bed comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Thank you
No comment here, everything was great, we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. Walking distance to shops and to the small pier. Room was big with a queen and 2 twins. Clean.
They didn’t tell us they could give us special beach towels for when we went to beach. They don’t change your shower towels (due to water conservation which makes sense) but one day towel was drenched and wet and they left it there 🤷🏻♀️ they did provide me with a new one once I asked so not a big issue.

the breakfast was amazing, we loved the YUCA, and the kitchen made a special aji for us each day. I would highly recommend it, staff lovely, the the room super quirky we had a room at the back with a dressing room and a double bed with a curtain and another 3 beds always hot showers.
WIFI in room could have been better but it was OK if you just went onto the balcony

The location was great, right on the water with amazing views of the harbor! The architecture is very interesting and reminded me of Greece. Our family had two rooms, the smaller room had a view of the water and a hammock! The family room had no view but was large and unique with a big bathroom. There was also a very lovely shared terrace right outside of the smaller room which no one was using, so we had it all to ourselves. The breakfast was good, and they still managed to cook it one morning when the power went out on the entire island! This created some unpleasantness (no A/C or water for several hours), but it wasn't the hotel's fault.
The staff was helpful but didn't seem as knowledgeable about things to do on the island as I would have expected. The price was high (the most we spent for a hotel in the Galapagos), but I think the view made it worth it.

location was good, easy access to restaurants, etc.
we were on the top floor and no elevator; we had to carry all of our luggage up 2-1/2 flights of stairs, and no hotel staff available to assist. While in the bathroom, an inch-long cockroach scurried in…unacceptable for the price we paid for our room! The air conditioner dripped water all night, resulting in a large puddle of water on the floor.

My room was well appointed and clean, and the staff were welcoming, however the room’s outer wall was shared with all of the air conditioning units. During the night, each of the air conditioning units turned on and off periodically, some louder than others, which kept woke me up throughout the night.

The receptionists were both very friendly. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good. My room was on the first level and I really enjoyed the balcony out front.
The only thing I didn't like was the size of the bathroom - it was pretty small.

Excellent location in the heart of San Cristobal. Quaint, picturesque rooms were spotlessly clean and included a delicious choice of breakfast. We stayed in an ocean view room which looked over the harbor. Air conditioning was appreciated and worked great! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! We stayed two nights-- once on our way to Isabela Island and then again on our way back from Isabela.
I would have preferred darker curtains or a shade to pull over the windows at night as a lot of light shone through the windows. That's a personal preference as I'm used to sleeping in a very dark room.

Thé Hotel Casa Blanca is charming, comfortable, friendly service and excellent location.
The property did nothing wrong, BUT, it is somehow legal for concerts to play outdoors until 2am right in the port where the music carries over the water. Even with the a/c on and doors closed, it was impossible to sleep. This strip only has hotels. The tourists who come here are not looking to party. We pay ALOT of money for very expensive tours that leave at 6 or 7am. I asked the police if this was legal and yes, they had a permit. On top of that, the people at the concert left their garbage all over the ground. Really bad for a place that is supposed to be pro-environment. The municipal elections are in March. Every night there are political rallies, loud music, loud speeches and cars going round and round honking their horns right where the restaurants are trying to entice tourists to come eat. We did not, because we could not have a conversation over the noise. I strongly suggest that the businesses catering to tourists lobby for an end to this noise pollution. For tourists going, you will enjoy Casa Blanca Hotel but bring ear plugs until March.

Housekeeping very thorough. Refolded all of my clothing when my suitcase "exploded." I would not have left my room such a mess had I known she was going to do this! Location excellent. Staff very personable. Worked hard to get us into our rooms early in the day. Each room different themes.
Electric showers hard to operate. But instructions left helpful. Water heating inconsistent, but this was typical for all of the Islands during our 2 weeks.
