Amazing super close to Haram. Would stay again.

The staff were very thorough and really do their best to make the customer happy. You can tell they genuinely care and are happy to the job always. Very hospitable with great service.

بما انه تجربتي الاولى في الفندق جميع طاقم الفندق مبدعين وسرعة في انهاء الاجراءات بس يعيب الفندق عدم سماع الاذان فيه

Saja almadinah hotel review!

The hotel was accommodating, friendly and clean. All services were provided to excellent standards and the amenities were of excellent condition. The staff were very helpful, especially the housekeeping. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety.

There was nothing we didn't like.

total disappointment and lies

I didn’t like anything. I advice other hotels to everyone much more better. the staff was too rude, they have no service, we brought our luggeages to our room, when we wanted they didn’t call a taxi, they say they dont call taxi, there was no luandry service, no shoe sponge or that kind of equipments, there was no service or shuttle, no breakfat and no room service. When we were making checkin they told us there is room service from the hotel’s restaurant is working then we called they said no it stoped one month ago. They only take care of the people who comes with tours to earn more money. Restaurant is only open 18.30-20.30 and too expensive and there was only three different meal, meat, rica and soup and salads.

Very bad experience, avoid this hotel at any cost

Very poor service , poor communication and unprofessional behaviour of Mr Khalid hotel supervisor, I wish I could give them a zero star instead of one star

Behaviour of reception staff , arrived with family and booking was cancelled without any reason , I informed them my arrival time and they acknowledged my email ,

الاستقبال الاستاذ منذر كان متميزاً جداً جزاه الله خيرا النظافة الواي فاي ممتاز محلات قريبة من الفندق ويوجد بقالة وصيدلية يوجد مقهى في اللوبي 5 دقائق مشي عن الحرم النبوي

L'emplacement, la literie et la propreté

-chambre Le mini frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas Le toilette cassé La douche vétuste - Service Service restauration trop cher Le gardien nous a empêché de rentrer au parking à l'arrivée et nous a obligé de faire le tour de Madinah Le restaurant a refusé de nous offrir l'accueil pour manger avec les enfants dans la salle de restaurant qui était vide.

L’hôtel était à la hauteur de nos attentes el hamdoulilah. Le personnel était parfait, nous avons eu le droit à un surclassement. Le personnel prend le soin de vous appeler pour voir si vous manquez de rien. Le ménage est fait chaque jour ,les chambres sont très propre. La chambre est équipé d’un frigo et bouilloire. Plusieurs ascenseurs dans l’hôtel 8 il me semble donc ça va vite même dans les heures de prière. L’hôtel est à quelques mètres de la mosquée 2min de marche il me semble. Beaucoup de commerces supermarché et fast-food dans les alentours.

Almost perfect stay. Very professional staff. Reception checked in us at 10:30 in the morning as we came early from Swed

I left my 4000 Sar under the pillow when I went to the mosque. Housekeeping staff has done stay over cleaning and they didn’t touched the money. It was almost unbelievable for me. Applauded the housekeeping staff.

Our bed sheets of one bed was not changed when we checked in the room. Rest of all was perfect.

Very nice hotel. This was my 3rd stay with them.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the Haram (3 min walk). Good value for money. They upgraded us to an executive quadruple room as well. Also allowed us to check in well before the official time.

They mistakenly sent us to a king room instead of a quadruple one. Then later changed it when I complained. Took about 1-2 hours.

No window curtains at the time of check in. One window was leaking, rain water came inside room. Furniture was old. Bathtub was old.
