The service in this hotel sucks, but the location is awesome!
Hey, the reception was a bit of a let down. No one picked up when I called from my room, and the hospitality was pretty poor.

Location-very very near to the main gate 326 aswell as 322.
From the main gate door no 13 and 16,17 are very easily accessible which is the ladies mosque having ladies washrooms and wudu areas.
Cleanliness- top notch .washrooms are spacious with good pressure showers n taps.
Room is spacious and neatly arranged.
Facilities- u need to ask fr water, teabags, coffee sachets ,sugar, iron etc.
They don't provide unless asked for.
They have ample parking in the basement but only few slots could fit big suvs, (I was lucky to get 1 )
U have a variety of food available just beside the hotel (serving broasted shawerma nuggets) and in close vicinity.(pakistani restaurant at 3 mins walk )
There are 2 grocery stores on either side of the hotel to cater ur daily essentials.
Overall it was a wonderful stay with my family.
Hope to stay here in near future aswell.
Nothing!

Price - for the location and the size; it is much cheaper than the hotels around it.
Location - 60 steps, and you're on the Haram Extension. Another 60, and you're in gate 328. Exceptionally close.
Quality - yes, the hotel can use a little TLC for sure, a bit rough around the edges, a few broken tiles here and there, but nothing that put us off.
Staff - Wow. Excellent. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and the staff here have outclassed many of them. From managers to kitchen staff to bell boys to housekeeping - all tried their best to accommodate - with a smile! The kitchen specially prepared lunch for my son during Ramadan - even though they were supposed to be closed. It really made our stay enjoyable.
WiFi - worked fine in some parts of the room and not in others.
Nearby - 2 grocery shops at the foot of the hotel. A couple of gift shops as well. Across the block there's a Bin Dawood and a restaurant as well as indoor shopping complex. Really didn't need to walk far to get anything. Be careful though, during Ramadan, it is difficult to get hot food during the day for kids - so we went to Bin Dawood and made sandwiches or had the hotel send up nuggets to the room.
Beds - comfy. I wanted a slim pillow but they didn't have one but the mattress and quilts were soft.
AC - working and freezing!
Breakfast/Suhoor - could do with some sprucing up. Maybe add some diary dishes like cereal, porridge etc.
As mentioned, a little bit tired. Elevators a little sloe and seemed out of sync. The rooms need TLC. Breakfast options were good but not the best. Can maybe spruce it up a little. Bathroom drains/smell needs some attention. Not a major smell, but I can tell it will get worse if not given the care now.

Location was infront of Masjid Nabwi near Ladies gate but very far from Riaz e Jannah or Roza door. So keep in mind you need to walk from ladies gate around 15 - 20 mins.
This is an average hotel. Very basic furniture and washroom is also very small.

Selected hotel because of Location and It’s at perfect location. Car Parking was available every time as I booked in week days
I was traveling from Makkah to Madina, we leave late from Makkah , I called Hotel reception about 30 times to keep our booking but not a single time they picked my call, Fortunately we arrive 11PM and rooms were still available due to weekdays.
there is no coordination between Hotel Reception and supporting staff. We keep waiting at room and our luggage trolley came after 1 hour. Whenever we call for room service they took 1-2 hours.
