Staff was very friendly. Loved the free coffee in the morning. Room was kept very clean.
I selected because they had a spa - it was closed the entire time. Couldn't walk down stairs. Neighbors played loud music begining at 6:30 am every morning. Location was central but not particularly nice - had to navigate around motorcycles and food vendor to go a few doors down (sidewalk was completely blocked one day and I had to walk in the dangerous street).

Good location in district 1. It is very close to a lot of decent local eateries too rather than waking further to the centre and paying way more. The staff were very friendly throughout.
We were on the 5th floor but we could still hear the terrible karaoke going on down on the street. Now that’s not entirely the hotels fault but I think an investment in sound proof windows would get a higher score. No breakfast facilities which was a let down but that’s on me for not researching before.

Neat and clean, comfortable interior design, super friendly staffs
Nothing! Even we booked a standard room without window, the room was very convenient!

Good location. Many places are walkable.
You can find many cafe, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

I had a fantastic experience at the Triple E Hotel Fine Art Museum. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a room with a window at no extra cost. The staff was not only kind but also highly helpful throughout our stay. They even offered us complimentary coffee or tea every morning, which was a delightful touch.
The hotel's central location near the Ben Thanh Market made it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local dining and shopping scene. Our room was spacious and filled with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Triple E Hotel Fine Art Museum, and I'll definitely choose to stay there again on my next visit

Beautiful place

I like that it's walking distance to Ben Thanh market.
The lift does not go all the way to the 6th floor. I had to take the lift to the 5th floor, and continued carrying my luggages to 6th floor using the stairs.
4.5
Perfect location to be able to walk to all the touristic places. Nice room, nice staff.
Bathroom need better privacy.

located perfectly in district 1.

I enjoyed my stay at Triple E, from the delicious and fresh welcome drink to the last goodbye, everything went smooth and pleasantly. We spoke a lot with the staff and could get many pieces of advice around the surroundings.
The hotel is not in the very downtown of HCMC, but in around 15' you can get in all the main areas. The street is overall very quiet and there are several spots for grabbing a quick snack, especially a good Banh Mi place 50 m away.
The hotel also makes great iced coffee. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The toilet also was very nice.
I don't think there is something I did not enjoy there. Maybe they could've offered some welcome fruit, but that's ok

Incredibly comfortable beds! We were upgraded to a room with a view which was great. Bathroom was great with a large shower. Hotel gave us a second key so we could keep the Aircon on while we were out in the day to keep room cool. Staff were very friendly and lovely. Nice, fully stocked bar downstairs.
3.5
Comfortable and big rooms, giving you far more than you’d normally get at a 2 star hotel e.g. free drinks
not the cleanest bathroom and the aircon turned itself off constantly meaning you had to get up in the night
4.0
The staff are very friendly and welling to help.
The bathroom is not as clean as I expected - there is mold between bathroom tiles. The lighting at showering area is a bit dark.

Nice from staff were lovely.
The Aircon would turn off itself so we got up multiple times throughout the night to turn on again

Hotel employees were super helpful, friendly and polite! Bedding and room clean
a bit noisy due to poor soundproof

The hotel is super located in the city center where you can explore everything! The staff was really helpful and friendly.
We booked a Deluxe room with balcony, however the size of the room was not Deluxe but I guess this is a typical thing in Ho Chi Mihn size city due to the lack of space in general. The balcony it is not actually a balcony but a French window so do not expect a spacious one. It was not possible to sit outside as it was really really narrow.
5.0
It was high standard, the staff was so welcoming and the atmosphere is au top.
Included morning coffee can never go wrong aswell!
It does not bother me too much but the room was going to have a balcony, but it was so narrow that it is rather a french balcony.
still satisfied though!

Nice cozy decor with really friendly staff! Location is walking distance from Saigon centre, which is convenient if you need to do some shopping. We unknowingly booked a room “without windows” but they upgraded us to a room with windows for free as it was available!

Location is very convenient to Vincom Center and other areas. Enjoyed the tasty welcome drink and easily leave bags for check-in later. Staff were all
super friendly. bed was comfortable and good pillows. Good coffee.
Cloth covered hangars in closet a bit too short and difficult to use. larger wooden ones would work better.
USB A plugs on bedside did not work.
Left iPad to charge during the day, but it didn’t because taking the key shut off power to the entire room.
Toilet paper holder too far behind and VERY difficult to reach.
4.0
The hotel was close to art galleries, the main market, the river and other sites and experiences which made it easy to get around to everything during our short stay.
4.0
The shower head and rain shower were both clean (ie. Not crusty from mineral build up) and the water pressure was strong. Hot water was great as well. Location was very central and small eateries were accessible nearby.
The room did not feel as warm/comfortable as pictured. Could be due to a lack of lighting. The shower area especially was dimly lit. The hot water kettle also had leftover water in it and was not convincingly clean enough
3.5
Location is really good. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and walking distance to tourist attractions.
Room is a bit old than you can see in the pics.
Cleaning wasn't enough.
