Paid extra for windows but the air conditioning wasn't able to keep the room cool in the afternoon

Amazing location, close to everything! Friendly and useful staff.

A little bit old, especially the bathroom with a gap between the bathtub and adjacent wall. It also seems like they use the same liquid for shampoo and body wash. 2 out of 4 days have towel(s) with stains.

quite expensive for a normal room without jacuzzi. room is really dark.

location is perfect, walkable around the tourist areas. air conditioning is good, very cold.

thought I had paid good money for a huge jacuzzi, but it’s really dirty and front desk said all the jacuzzi don’t work!!! :(

Great location.

Great location with a lot of facilities and Ben Thanh market in front of the property.

We got confused with the other A&EM hotel 200m away and arrived at the other hotel instead. Make sure to check the address before confirming to a taxi or other ride-hailing options.

The mattress and pillows are very comfortable and I like the balcony

Although I like the balcony, but there is only one chair and at the time being there was a construction just outside the balcony, I can clearly see what they do and hear the construction noise. No hot water! Although the staff came to fix it, bút the water still not warm enough. We booked this hotel was to use the jacuzzi, but water is not even hot! We gave it another try after dinner, but still the same. We gave up. The other thing is, since the hotel provide jacuzzi spa, then must allow customer to ask for more towels, right? I called and ask for more towel and drinking water, the person said we only provide 2 towels and 2 drinking water per day. Oh, well... What can I say more. Pay AUD107 the room didn't even have provide tissue paper! I asked for tissue paper and the staff gave me a roll of toilet paper 😂😂
