Worst stay ever

Nothing. It was dissapointed No cleanliness

The room was not cleant properly. No hygiene. The towels were old and stained. The air-conditioner was leaking so they had to change the room. No tea or coffee was provided. Not worth for what I paid

Awesome

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Excellent

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to Chek in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Horrible experience

The location was good n nothing else

The hotel was so so dirty and stinky.. There was a very bad smell coming out of the kitchen also the kitchen was so very dirty as if it is not cleaned since ages.. the room were okay okay without toiletries and tissues..also the geyser was not working.. room had the kettle but no tea or coffee packets.. wen asked they said they don't provide.. Now talking about the breakfast , it was too bad, oily and looked stale.. you have just 1 option i.e. puri bhaji and the tea was very very bad .. also they don't have the parking space. such a pathetic experience in Siliguri for the 1st time.. I thought it a chain of Mount hotels so booked but very bad experience.. Beleive me the Oyo hotels are better than this.. even though if you get such hotels for 1000 bucks plz don't book..

Everything was good rooms were clean food was also good n I recommend tht u must stay there it's very good 👍 👌 Everything was perfect n the staff was was also very good to us 👌

Disappointing

Room was Ok with facilities.

Location just stinks. Extremely noisy. Even at 9 am Breakfast was not ready. Restaurant floor was wet and no cleanliness was even attempted. No hospitality nor enthusiasm at reception.

Very bad and scary.

Nothing, only staff were good

lift condition was bad, breakfast was not ready at 8:45AM.. room is very small.. safety features were not maintained.. broken doors.. no wifi provided.. cost is too much for the given facility

stay was good but breakfast arrangements should be ready by 7:30 am

neat and tidy room

the kitchen was not open by 7:30 am for breakfast. they took special effort to make us breakfast at 8 am. according to them they start functioning by 9:00 am and later
